I have an hour a day out the hospital and was left in car park for over half hour for food only to get it with burger not even wrapped and all cold went in to confront them about it and was sarcastically told ok thank you bye. Took alot not to cause a big scene in there am not well and dont like the way the girl treated me. this day could of gone alot worse if i had not kept it together

Was sat inside eating my meal with my partner until we were interrupted by a bunch of kids laughing at us , taking photos and videos of us, also insulted us by sending over nasty comments. We where later followed home by these kids later on. We complained and nothing was done , won’t be dining in

did not receive a drinks holder when I had ordered and the woman also did not put the big mac into the bag, which I paid forfood eventually was given and it was all cold, tasted like cardboarddisappointing as we usually like mcdonalds

Clean and tidy but small seating areas. No ice cream today. All MCD shops seem to make you wait longer if you go in. Prioritise the just eat orders over you so wait is longer.Parking: Convoluted car parking area, probably to make the drive through queue longer ..
A terrible drive-thru layout that often causes gridlocks at peak times. Plus, the worst disabled toilet access door I've ever seen. I'm a strapping six foot plus, gentleman. Yet, struggle to move the alleged wheelchair friendly sliding door. PlWheelchair accessibility: Awful.

We went here about 12am, ordered online to pick up, and waited in a queue waiting to be served for about 15 minutes. This wasn’t ‘fast food’.I ordered the mcspicy burger which looked like it was thrown together (the chicken wasn’t on the bun when I opened it), and had two slithers of lettuce on. There wasn’t any mayo so it was lucky that we had some at home otherwise it would have really very dry.

We always come here it’s the best maccies near us! Theres a girl there (not sure if it’s the same one or different) but she has complimented me a few times which is always so lovely & makes my day. The other staff are so friendly also! Food is also really good too never had any complaints.
