We just got the £20 deal 2 pizzas garlic pizza rolls( literally greasiest garlic bread) tata tots and pop, never had a pizza so greasy before it masked the taste of the pizzas couldn't taste anything but grease, tata tots really squishy like they hadn't been cooked properly they to was greasy barely taste them either. We won't be ordering again this was the first time trying aswell. We was looking forward to it too.

Absolutely disgusting customer service we ordered for 20.30 and was relieved at 19.15 now my friends food when they arrive will be freezing WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. when I tried to speak he laughed at me saying nothing we will do! I'm contacting the papa John's itself. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THESE

Very poor customer service experience. When I called the staff were quoting the incorrect price which required prompting for the staff member to check the menu prices themselves. I was told it would be ready to collect after 10 minutes. When I arrived after 15 minutes my order had yet to be initiated or put in the over. At no point did they offer any apology or explanation for the incompetence and their attitude was rude from the very beginning.

this has happened a multiple times now, whenever i call for delivery the person that picks up never understands me and decides to hang up with a rude attitude and the service is absolutely appaling compared to other pizza places for example their competitor Pizza Hut. i do not recommend this place to anyone with a right mind as this will not only ruin ur apetite but also ruin ur day by how disgusting service and bear in mind this has not happened to me once or twice it has happened multiple times and that is why i was forced upon to make this review. most of their reviews are probably bots or some people with some kind of relation to the people working their or maybe its the employers themselves.

I think most of the good reviews are paid-for or BOTS at papa johns in Ashton.Just about to order a massive scan & noticed all these negative comments. I wasn't gonna judge them on it but once i noticed they only reply to good comments & not the bad ones which to me seem like real concerns when customers are not receiving food & your putting the phone down on them xDI realize now this place is not for me.6+ quid for cauliflower wings, jesus christ almighty man.
