Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. The manager was rude & ignorant.

After an error on a previous order, we were told that we would receive a free pizza next time. Well we were pleasantly surprised when our order arrived.. 2 free pizzas and extra sides! Thankyou Pizza Hut Delivery Ashton, you really went above and beyond and we will continue to order with you in the future! Very well handled.. something that your competitors would make difficult you made straight forward and a positive experience!

Been using this PH delivery in Ashton for many years, usually good service. On one occasion an incorrect topping was added, I didn't complain. Though when it happened again I rang and politely spoke to the arrogant and rude manager (Itikaf), who didn't accept the mistake and then put the fone down. Gives a bad reputation for PH and shows the true characteristics of the branch management. They've lost my custom. Ciao

Shocking customer service. Received the wrong delivery. Pizza Hut said not their mistake Uber said not their mistake. Nobody will take responsibility.
Pizza Hut admitted we had the wrong order. Which is meat we don’t eat meat.
We are stuck with an order we didn’t place and no food to eat.

Food was awful, sauces were missed over £25 for half a portion of wedges with no jalapeños, wings and chicken chunks! Food was luke warm and tasteless! Worst food I’ve had and would never recommend!
