Ordered on 17th Feb 2024 around 10:30pm. Order was placed online for £52.50p. Due to staff leaving early and the order being placed online, not only did I not receive my food, I never got a refund either. I am still waiting today 23/3/24. Disappointed to say the least, frustrating not getting my refund. I will not be returning or recommending you.

Ordered this place for collection.The place was very clean, I feel like they need to open up the windows to let in some light thought. The darkness makes the place dark and dingy and just a little bit seedy. The service was wonderful and the gent that served us was very helpful and quick. Even offering to help me to my car with the bags which was very kind of him.The food was delicious, little tiny bit or spice but nothing major and the milkshakes where bang on and didn't have bits in which I absolutely hate in a milkshake.I would recommend and I think that the pricing is spot on

First time using tonight. Ordered via Uber Eats. Lovely food - will definitely use again! Came before estimated time too. My only issue is that is was all just warm as Uber driver went somewhere else first. Chips ended up arriving Sonny and warm and we stuck burgers / tenders in air fryer for 2 mins.Will definitely use Smash N Shake again as this wasn’t their fault! Top place.

Poor poor poor. Takes money for deliveries then don't deliver, cancel order and doesn't answer the phone or refund. Don't waste your time or money with this place. Never again!!

I just ordered 4 milkshakes, and basically it was 4 cups of milk.....very poor milkshakes.. worst milkshake I've tasted.

Absolutely shocking service. They take my money of me via Web, then when the food doesn't arrive they come up with some excuse that it's a new system. Refuse to give me my money back so I have to leave my house, go to the shop and then speak to the owner who then agrees to refund me....and in way of apology says he'll offer me the cheapest burger on the menu!! Do not bother using here, they're embarrassing

I received a burger with hair in it and was told because the manager was alone the best they could do is 25% off the next order. As if I would order again after that. No offer to even remake another burger that we could pick up.

We ordered tonight through Uber. You can't make a change through the app (my partner didn't want salad or sauce in the burger) but we called up and made the change over the phone, after placing the order. The guy on the phone was very helpful and more than happy to take the request. The food arrived quickly and was all still piping hot. The burger, AMAZING! We obviously ordered far more food than any man needs on a Monday night but it was all worth it! The jalapenos in the poppers were slightly more pickled that you usually get, a little unexpected but still really good! All in all we really enjoyed and will definitely order again! (When we can fit back in our jeans).

Wouldn’t bother ordering. Waited over an hour for delivery with the time frame getting further and further away just for my order to be cancelled and no help from the restaurant after being left in the lurch. Won’t be trying to order from this place again.
The food is frozen the burgers were like hockey pucks until he threw in deep fat fryer and proceeded with the stomp the bare foot ritual to smash the patty
