I was looking forward to trying something new and read some reviews on Google. Reviews were mostly good so I ordered the NY Beef Burger meal, Southern Chicken Loaded Fries and the Chicken Tenders with Waffle Fries. Everything was poorly packed and leaked in the bag. The waffles had fallen at the bottom of the bag, the loaded fries box was tilted therefore the cheese was leaking out of the holes in the box. And the beef burger was burnt and cold. Not impressed and definitely won't be ordering again.I've left 2 stars for service as the food was delivered on time. Posted a picture of my burger you'll find it in the photos.

1st time we ordered takeaway it was absolutely bang on, hot food and spicy chicken. 2nd time we ordered chicken not slightly spicy and cold food. Decided to give it one last go to see if it was as good as the first time-answer NO cold food and burgers burnt and horrible tasting. We won't be going back. EDIT: After the above review a couple of months back the owner replied and apologised and said he was going to stop uber delivery from taking 3 orders at once. Tonight we decided to give it one last chance, my food was piping hot and delicious. Its only fair if you leave a bad review and someone actually does something about it then you amend your review accordingly. So thanks for listening to out constructive review and we'll be ordering again soon

Ordered for the first time tonight through UberEats and it was brilliant.Great portion sizes, hot dogs are just as good as five guys hot dogs and the chicken tenders were perfect! As someone who doesn't like spice, I've tried desperately to find chicken tenders that are tasty, not spicy, not peppery, just tasty and these ones hit the spot, will definitely be getting them again.Burger was great and my fella loved his loaded fries and chicken burger (which was huge!)We did have to reheat all of it because it arrived a little on the cold side, I'd suggest wrapping the food in foil to try and retain more heat when it travels but otherwise it was fantastic. Well done Three Burgers, we will definitely be back!

Best takeaway in ashton, can't belive I've never heard anyone rave about this place, 10/10 restraunt quality freshes burger I had and the red salt on chips are insational ?also staff are very polite

Ordered via Uber eats and it came pretty quickly to be honest. But the burger was awful, first and last I’ll order. Problem 1 I opened the burger box and tried hold the burger it just slid straight out of my hands for the fact it was super greasy, and it was on a big bed of lettuce, no idea why there’s so much grease, the whole burger just fell apart as the bun was soggy as hell. Problem 2, piece of chicken is so big that when eating it, I felt it was undercooked due a rubbery chewiness to the meat and a slight level of pink, it needed cooking way longer. I didn’t bother eating it and it’s gone in the bin. Basically the piece of chicken in that burger is ridiculous, so much so that the burger experience was poor. I’m sorry to be writing this but it’s an honest review of the burger, chips were ok and at least edible. No point having a burger if you can’t even hold the thing and if it’s not cooked right through.Following this review, Kam the owner has since sincerely apologised and accepted what I shared above, and even given a full refund. Nice to deal with people who are happy to respectfully listen to a customer and take onboard their comments. Hopefully I’ll try you guys out again soon, many thanks Kam.Kind regards
