I ordered on the mcdonalds app at 13.25 I eventually got my food at 15.09 I thought it was meat to be fast food absolutly appalling deffinitly don't recommend. Can't fault the people o the phone very helpful but won't be ordering again!

The worst McDonald's in the country. Never have milkshakes on, burgers seem like they've been built by a blind monkey, slowest service ever at the drive thru. Don't bother wasting your money here... go to an alternative McDonald'

Don't bother ordering on just eat/deliveroo. My partner placed an order which was accepted only for it to be cancelled when the driver was there to pick it up, over half an hour after the order was placed. Wouldn't have an issue if it was straight away but it just left us with no food when everywhere is closing.

Tyldesley branch.Absolutely shocking customer service. Useless managers who will not deal with your complaint.I ordered through the McDonald's app not a delivery service. Jake, the third manager I spoke to, admitted they did not put the food in the bags but now I have to proceed to complain to uber because they delivered it.Thirty minutes on the phone to find out the first person I spoke to was the senior manager who insisted to call me love.She then decided to pass me round the floor staff as she seemingly didn't want to deal with the complaint. I was then told the first person to answer was indeed the highest ranked manager there. Her tactic of shouting at me did make me angry, i apologise for my response, but I only wanted the food I ordered.Avoid ordering on their app at all costs.They took my money delivered some of it cold and the kids were upset because they had no tea.Just spoke to uber eats who McDonald's contracted the delivery to, thats what were told by McDonald's, and they don't want to know either.Awesome.RegardsLOVE!

I didn't enjoy my visits on this last two occasions. There were teenage kids in the restaurant who were making a nuisance of themselves. The restaurant also seems to be more focused on Uber eats or Just Eat or drive through than those customers wishing to eat inside.It seemed to take ages for my food to be prepared and the restaurant was not particularly busy at this time, but when it arrived, it was not enjoyable as the food was cold.This place needs to get it's act together.

Awful!!! McDonalds head office needs to investigate!!! Every order wrong, missing items, stone cold. Caramel donut labelled as berry muffin (I ordered blue berry muffin!!). Not cheap either £25 order. Shocking. Driver waiting 1 hour there just for them to hand over the food.. no care for allergies, or anything really

ordered a happy mean with a chocolate pie, they didn't have the pie or orange juice for the happy meal, they asked me if I want a toy or a book I asked for a toy but got given a book anyway, waited 30mins even tho it was 11pm and there was only 2 more customers, by the time I recieved the order it was cold and dry

How you can spoil food at McDonald’s is beyond me but this restaurant does it? Staff aren’t lead properly cold food and deliveries left to go cold waiting for driver to pick it up.

Have used delivery through the app multiple times in the past and every time I've ordered, there has always been missing items. This time, a full box of 20 chicken nuggets was missing. After contacting the resteraunt, they informed me that they couldn't do anything and I'd have to call uber eats. The number they gave me didn't work and yet again, both mcdonalds and Uber Eats have robbed me. Absolutely disgusting service from.both companies.

Not such fast food anymore. Nearly 10 mins just to order then a 15 min wait for an apple pie. Rammed full of delivery drivers and people waiting
