It's a nice little café situated upstairs in Waterstones. It's pricey but service tends to be nice and polite. Seating and tables are very basic, some extending out in to the actual store. It can get surprisingly busy but tends to be nice and quiet regardless. Menu is very basic, don't expect a full lunch but it's perfect for an expensive brew and spice of cake.

Lovely little cafe, very relaxed in a bookshop. Had a bacon barm there, the barm was small but plenty of bacon. Staff were lovely.

Plenty of books and good Costa coffee

Poor copy of costa coffee who used to have the place. Coffee and cake disappointed me as the price was high.

It's not a Costa anymore, it's a Waterstones Café. The prices are pretty standard but it's very nice.

This is no longer a Costa coffee but Waterston cafe. Lovely staff, the coffee was just great, will definitely be back!

Very bad experience, won't come back... Staff very rude and not professional at all.Costa should be more careful to choose the staff and teach them how to do their job.

Located in Waterstones this is a pleasant Costa with good, friendly service. Coffee is of good quality. On the downside, the toilet is grubby.

Can't complain too much. Coffee was great, although service was rather slow...Will be back regardless and happy to give 5 stars if things improve.
