Costa coffee Bolton Waterstones is our favourite place to go on a Saturday after swimming. The staff are friendly and the kids enjoy their time there. The coffee and food are also very good!!
This cafe is upstairs in Waterstones and is a typical Costa, but always clean so 4 star. The staff here are 5 star however and the main reason I call in. Always friendly and cheerful and make you welcome. They've also been there for many years - a lovely team. So recommended.

It's a nice little café situated upstairs in Waterstones. It's pricey but service tends to be nice and polite. Seating and tables are very basic, some extending out in to the actual store. It can get surprisingly busy but tends to be nice and quiet regardless. Menu is very basic, don't expect a full lunch but it's perfect for an expensive brew and spice of cake.
