Absolutely shocking customer service, spoke to management, so rude, such a lack of customer

Had to call twice to check where the delivery was. Mr. Ali who I spoke first time promised it will be delivered in 5 - 10 mins! Called after another 15 mins, said too busy so it’s late. Food finally arrived, the driver tried delivering someone else’s order ? As I was instructed to check by Mr. Ali from Pizza Hut delivery to check if foods not cold? Whilst checking the driver wanted me to rush accept and said he is tired to hold pizza while I check. Very rude attitude, had to send food back! Pizza Hut delivery suggested they can send food back to me but it will be another 30 mins minimum! I rejected offer and demanded refund! Promised refund in 5 working days. Hope I get refund my money. Will update next week. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered from them asking for vegan cheese, paid extra for it. Seemingly no issues. Pizza arrives the cheese is clearly normal cheese - ring them as theres been a mistake and thats fine that happens. Instead am told that theyve run out of vegan cheese so they just put normal on instead. I couldn't believe it - no communication. No trying to contact me. I ask for a refund and am told I have to email head office because they dont do that. Truly disgusting behaviour.

Excellent. Just remember it's takeout only, and it's wise to order ahead of time.Parking: As you approach from the north, turn right at the lights. You can normally park right outside for free, but there are roadworks there for the next few months.

Order delivery.. Hair found in pizza, everything was stone cold, missing extras from the pizza also! No dips, missing sides, missing dessert and refused a refund! Shocking

Extremely slow service. I ordered on the app for pickup, left to go to the place (we were above) when the food said it was ready for collection, when I arrived there was nobody at the counter, it was close to 5-10mins before anyone come out, mumbled at me and told me "a few minutes". I'm still waiting for my food 10+ minutes later. No apology, explaination or reason. The service is slow, no urgency and definitely no customer care.

Quality has really gone downhill over time, also, any time I select double of a topping, I get a single serving, basically paying for nothing. Speed of delivery has always been good though and the delivery drivers are friendly, can't fault that.

I placed an order at Pizza Hut Bolton on Marsden Road via Deliveroo. Unfortunately I had a missing item from my order for which I paid over £50. I then contacted Deliveroo this morning as it was too late to contact them by the time I realised this, they completely refused to compensate me for this as I was too late to contact them. I then concert directly at Pizza Hut and spoke to Ali, who was very understanding as well as supportive and was willing to replace my order out of kindness of his heart. Thank u so much Ali for helping me with this claim. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for excellent customer support.

Pi, za was good but the issue is that once you come into the shop to pick your online order, you have to shout for someone to come serve you cos shop assistants are on the other room preparing orders. Sometimes it is too noisy that they can barely hear you

Avoid at all costs I spend 40 pound on pizza it was out for delivery for 45 mins turned up cold and stuff missing tried calling the store and got no answer as they shut early rang in the morning to tell them and the manager was so rude and was just accusing me of wanting a free pizza not at all come get your food and give me a refund

Very rude and arrogant staff and manager. Asked for no tomatoes on pizza and asked for chillies. Got pizza with lots of tomatoes, and only 3 chilles, took over 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas. When asked, Staff rudely replied, " The oven is taking long, not our fault. If you don't like it, take your custom somewhere else, and we can do a refund." Shocking bad service. Even the manager said, "You can give bad reviews and who is going to see your reviews." Really, they don't care. We used to love pizzas from Pizza Hut but are now trying Domino's or any other takeaway who can give better customer service

Bugler alarm goes off several times a week at random times of the night (right now it’s 2.30am it’s going off). Their delivery drivers are loud, litter all the time and constantly block traffic. The pizza is meh.
