I bought a Christmas tree earlier this week. The assistants were very helpful. One man prepared my tree by sawing off a small section of the trunk off and took it to the till and another put it in my car for me.

Been in today very poor stock nd layout staff unwilling to help with prices , the c xx mas aisle was really bad ! It used to be so beautiful the store looks like it’s closing down and they are just try to sell of stock it’s such a shame

Doesn't have the same appeal now Iceland been put into the store. The store was quite cramped before Iceland took up space, it is even more so now. Also the Christmas section used to be wonderful, now it is dismissal. Also the store was freezing cold don't know how the staff could work in there.

Good for parking. Store is clean and well laid out, plenty of room. Shelves well stocked.
Nice place to do some odd bod shopping. Even has iceland wi5hin the store as added bonus.

Absolutely shocking! I use to love shopping here, not now! Everything is everywhere! staff are miserable as sin. Hardly any prices on anything. The shop needs a good clean. Hardly anyone wants to help. Once was a lovely organised shop to walk around but sadly those days are long gone….

Love the Range.However, some of the check out staff need some serious customer service training. They just talk with each other across the tills, no dialogue with the customer whatsoever. It's a good job they are not relying on tips for a wage.
