The noodles in the chicken ramen were not up to the usual standard. Sent back to the kitchen, as slimy and had strange taste. The rest of the meals and drinks are great.

Used to enjoy as a quick place to eat but steadily dropped any quality now it's just poor, bland, overpriced and grotty.We were seated and waited patiently whilst others arriving after us had their orders taken. Finally caught the server and ordered.The chicken gyozas had no flavour whatsoever, even the Itsu supermarket gyoza are a step up.The shirodashi ramen was no better, we loaded it with soy and chilli oil finished up, waited on my water which had been ordered before even starting the dish and waved goodbye to wagamamas.I can't grasp previous reviews or ratings going off our experience ... try any other Japanese or Korean restaurants dotted around Lancashire/Manchester.

Great service from Eden to our family of 5 - attentive and patient as we decided what we wanted. The katsu bananna and icecream desert changed my life. Would recommend.

The staff were exceptional here. Very polite young woman walked me through the menu as I don't often eat this kind of food. Very helpful in helping me choose and the food that came was fantastic.I really enjoyed the décor of the restaurant, a nice place to eat!

Arrived is was quiet the seats we were given were hard and uncomfortable. Plenty of staff on and cheifs so not busy. We ordered our meals and 1 starter. The meals for each party was served individually with a gap, not together and with the starter! So we waited till we all got our food so we would eat. Never had this before with such a long gap and it being do quiet! Waitress was chatting away to the chefs all the time we were there. Said nothing but stated the food delivered ro the table. We had a placer a drinks person and a waitress. Food was ok would have liked it delivered together. Not very disabled friendly. It's nice and wiry and I've been when it's very busy with better service which l find odd. Normally when uou eat out you want yo eat together not waiting for each person to get their food with a gap.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to get in and out of the booths also very uncomfortable and the cushions are none existence. Awkward if you gave a stick and spinal injury.
Went with my elderly grandparents, staff were lovely and understanding. Very patient. Food was delicious! They do tell you, but heads up that food comes out as it’s ready and not all at once, that can be potentially frustrating if you’re the kind of person to wait until everyone is served before tucking in.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian stuff is pretty clearly marked, they seem to be unique dishes rather than offering a vegetarian “equivalent”Dietary restrictions: Both times I’ve been they ask about dietary restrictions ahead of time. I don’t know how good they are for cross contamination but they seem eager to work with you, and they will do substitutionsParking: Plenty of parking, disabled parking right next to the entrance, and many spaces are often available if you don’t mind walking across the car park. If there is a match on, it might get tight
