What amazing staff. All I can say is you've restored faith in humanity. Today I ordered a meal for myself and my daughter. I went to pay and my card declined many times and I only had enough cash for my daughters meal which I ordered. A member of staff discreetly asked me what I would like to eat and drink and said it was on the house...I nearly cried and couldn't believe how kind it was. We were greeted by a lovely manager who took excellent care of us during our visit. She went out of her way to ensure that we were not left trying to get a waiters attention and came over to offer us more food to make our visit even better. The customer service was great, and it really boosted the mood and the atmosphere in the restaurant, and so I would recommend to everyone to visit.
