Friendly staff, unfortunately lacking the amount of staff, especially around Christmas.Also don’t often have Asda price items brought in. Considering cost of living your cheapest items should be fully stocked.

Two managers refused a refund based on policy. When I requested a copy of this policy as it contradicts the website, they admitted they had lied and would not produce it as it doesn't exist. They then told me it was their choice whether to issue a refund. Disgusting attitude, very arrogant (Chung in particular). I've been a loyal customer for years, spend a fortune and can't remember the last time I asked for a refund. I won't be going back after that.

Ordered online was supposed to come yesterday, didn't show up with no update, phoned them today to be told my order has been cancelled and then hung up the phone, who do these people think they are?? Absolute cowboys should of gone to tesco

2 stars is all I can give, why becouse I've been in asda pilsworth and I have to say it a disgrace, everything is a mess, the none food goods in cables for phones has nothing on the racks, the food on the shelves are not even filled so they looks empty, the cooked chicken looks well over cooked, and the pizzas there man handling leaves a lot for germs to be captured, the best parts of asda I could see where the clothes, produce, wine and spirits these where all filled, the freezers where also half empty, the best feature was there cafe, hospitable people, lovely natured with good menu and from what I could see excelant food.sorry but I can only right here what I expetiance, thank you.

Don’t get me wrong Asda itself is great, but the pst 5 times I have been there have been groups blocking fire exits on the outside of the store smoking weed. This has happened everytime. Come on Asda, not only is this illegal it’s also disgusting as these exits are located next to the parent/child spaces. So kids have to smell that garbage. And your staff are aware because they are walking past them to collect trolleys. I notice there is no reply to this, guess Asda dont want to deal with it

I have done an online shop for the last 2 weeks, I'm shocked that items wanted have been unavailable! I'm now thinking of never shopping again with you! I have always been satisfied, but recently I'm undecided, either your packers and pickers are not doing their job properly and not looking for the items requested or you genuinely have not got them!

Its a nice place to shop in the night you get all the racks full of stock and less crowded.
Some sections refrigeration is not proper. Bought chicken few days back it was stale. Bought a snack today and it's full of mould..

Worst Asda I have been to - very disorganised. Picked up a self scanner and was full of gunk. Loads of empty boxes on the floor and shelves. Just not a great experience. I wasn’t even going to come here but online it said they had something in stock but it turned out it was out of stock.

Every time we go in whether it’s morning or evening pizza counter is shut I’m allergic to cheese so have no choice but to get them from here told customer service about it and didn’t seem bothered at all went to 2 other Asda before this one bury centre one and Radcliffe all shut

Honestly this store gets worse with every visit. A huge store of nothing with so many empty shelves. I just gave up in the end and abandoned my trolley. Aldi in Heywood is so much cheaper and seems to have plentiful stock.
