Hard to explain felt very uncomfortable there were people sat eating pizza from a takeaway like they were at home felt like we were invading their space only had one drink and left .

Needs zero stars!! Utter disgrace. Took my 90 year old father for xmas day pint. Busy pub but waited patiently for 15 mins to get served. Then staff decided to vacate the bar and turn off lights and promptly sat down to drinks. No warning and no communication just left bar without speaking to customers who were waiting. Staff could clearly see i waited for a drink. This was at 2pm with closing time at 3 pm. I will email J Holts to advise of the poor service and certainty wont spend a dime in this hole.

Local Joey holts great bitter, don't drink lager , big pub showing all soccer , rugby , and other sports. No food , but good place for a birthday party, quiz on Wednesday, bands on occasionally, friendly staff and clientele
