Just visited the venue. We wanted rebel whoppers (you can request they are cooked differently) they said the didn't have any. Ordered a kids veggie meal they didn't have any. No regular veggie meals at all. They did have the halloumi burger but then said its fried in the same fat as the chicken nuggets. Woeful experience.

We have been to a lot of BKs up and down the country and it's fair to say they earned the nickname slow king. But surprisingly on our visit our order was called and all correct just as fast as McD'sThe staff were happy and helpful.

Food waS oK.A share toilets for both and very smelly dirty!Some staff look miserable except the man.Wheelchair accessibility: One door side open, not sure if a wheelchair can get in!

Chicken royal was cold. Chips missed off we had to ask for them. The rest was hot tasty. Hate the idea that you order on a machine, then your numbers called out, and then you have to collect. No real service at all. After the restaurant makeover, it looks good shame they did nothing about the awful toilets tiny and always swimming in water on the floor.Vegetarian options: Brilliant the best tasting plant based fake chicken for Vegan Royal and Nuggets.

When I entered I was not greeted properly. I ordered a burger with no onions but I got twice the amount of them. My waiter glared at me and kept giving me nasty looks. When I got my drink my waiter poured it on me and laughed. When I asked for a refund they said NO YOU IDIOT. I do not recommend burger king it was also disgusting and I will not be going again. PS: it had food everywhere and was manky.PS: they asked for a £50 pound tip.?????

Bought a chicken royale, dorito's chilli heatwave chicken fries and a large fries for delivery. Arrived early, food was hot and fresh and so tasty. The chicken fries are incredible!!! Packaged well :)

Staff looked miserable, customer service was shocking. Food was ok but not been able to get a milkshake from here in about 5 years either. Restaurant was clean which was about the only positive. Last time we visited the drive through, we were asked to reverse back away from the window after we ordered…apparently it was so we didn’t mess up their serving times etc. how about maybe just serve me in the right amount of time instead?

I don't usually leave reviews but today the service I received from the member of staff that served me called STEVEN B really impressed me.He was operating the drive through I used, usually you get told to "give them a minute", but I was greeted with "Welcome to Burger-king, what may I order for you?"Straight away I knew he hadn't been working here long but already he's a credit to his team and should be recognised by his manager.He was well mannered and spoken throughout the order and recited my order back to me and the offer code I provided to ensure everything was correct.Upon paying he asked "how would you like to pay for your order, card or cash? Also would you like ice in your drink?"Everything I've said seems pretty standard I know but the way he handled the whole thing showed exceptional customer service skills, something these days we don't always get, especially at a fast food drive through which is why I'm writing this review as insignificant it may seem, this young lad deserves good feedback and recognition.Only one thing I would say which has nothing in relation to the lad is the toilets were in a terrible condition and needed attention.

Windows had dead and alive wasps on the windows and side's. A metal bar sticking out across exit door. Where my 3year old kept going to look out of glass door, inches away from his head.
