Further to prior reviews:1. Burger King marginally more expensive than Macdonald's? This has always been the case and should be common knowledge now!Order was expensive?? It's a MOTORWAY SERVICES, if you don't know this by now then maybe you shouldn't be driving on motorways, or anywhere for that matter.Today's experience was very pleasant indeed, shift manager (Sean I think his name) helped me no end to get sorted with a voucher code from a survey, he may have noticed I wasn't in the best of health and so seemed quickly went from talking it through with me to doing it all for me at the checkout.Order and food was prompt and very enjoyable, well done to all the staff. It isn't the first time I've come here and certainly won't be the last. Praise always where and when it's due.

Just ordered £50 of food for the whole family and ordered at 8:50 was told it was going to be here by 9:30, sat here and no food and rang the place up to a illiterate woman on the phone taking the whole situation as a joke and laughing about it.

After a great day at Blackpool Pleasure beach , we were looking for a snack for the road up to home. Burger King at this location was disgusting. Every single table was filthy, disgusting , food ridden and the overall floor was putrid. There were dead flies at every window. The struggling staff were apathetic . The food took forever to arrive. We had to ask them for cleaning stuff to make our table sterile enough to sit at despite the fact that there was rubbish all over the floor. The food itself was dry, stale and cold. Absolutely a waste of our money. Shame on you Burger King

It's Burger King not a Michelin star restaurant.This Burger king wasn't busy, my wait time was no surprise. The staff seemed to interact with everyone well, especially one who had an order query. The food was up to BK'S standard. The atmosphere was as cosy as a motorway service station can be.I'll say well done to BK at Charnock Richard northbound.

Burger and drink no problem. Service was reasonably quick. But £6.38 for a cheeseburger and medium coke! You can get a quater pounder, coke and fries ? ? for that price in a McDonald's.
Ordered of uber eats burger with chips and 9 chicken nuggets, fries didn't arrive and 4 chicken nuggets, worst is the bags say 6 or 9 so someone can't read numbers ?

Travelling down the M6 I stopped here for refreshments. Good to see that Burger King have finally cottoned on and vary their previously rigid menu. I ordered an Angus burger with bacon and cheese fries. The food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. My dislikes are service station jacked up prices and those horrible unsanitary touch screens that you have to use despite them having been continually proven to have other people's poo bacteria (Google it) on them. No sanitiser available either and the toilets were on the other side (literally) of the service station, so you are forced to use these unclean screens.
