Lovely Costa, yes they're all generically the same but it's the atmosphere and staff that make the difference. Here they're helpful, fun and very smiley people. Great outside seating area too, very useful when it's warm and sunnyWheelchair accessibility: Enough room for wheelchairs inside and out, those doors are heavy though, so help may be needed

Got Fudge Chocolate Frappes for my kids and Maple Hazel Latte for myself. I like my coffee warm not hot and that's what asked for. Got everything and more. Drinks were delicious ???, service fast and efficient .
Rude staff! We were kicked out of Costa multiple times because we were sat inside for 2 minutes tops, and we didn't order anything. My friend was gonna order a hazelnut hot chocolate! You've just lost 3 regulars! Furious!
