Sat in the side conservatory area, windows very wet and damp, uncomfortable with tables against them.Nice drinks with polite service.2 people sat smoking vapes and eating food not from Costa. Staff need to be alert to this.

Dirty tables crockery had not been cleared, very busy, but staff still kept smiling. Maybe more staff needed just to clear tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to navigate through the tables.

This is one of the dirtiest Costas I've ever been to. Tables were filthy and were rarely cleaned between customers. The floor was dirty with food on the floor. Staff have to use the customer toilet which I find unacceptable. My wife was very ill after visiting there last week. The place needs to be closed and given a deep clean and staff to be trained on how to keep a food outlet clean. It seems profit is coming before cleanliness. I would avoid this Costa at all costs.

Coffee was tasty but service was so slow. The poor person serving was on her own, she really should have more people working with her on a Saturday afternoon. She was rushed off her feet, not fair on her and slow service because of it.
