Food was better than expected. service was good, and the environment was clean. On the flip side prices, I feel for a chain experience are quite astronomical. Locations are normally very so that wil be the attraction.

We tried to order through the App, it crashed 3 times, then finally when it allowed us to put in the table number we completed the order, tried to pay and place the order for the food and drinks then it crashed again!!! I asked a member of staff for help, he then came over and took our order, he took the order wrong and both of our meals came incorrectly mine was totally wrong and it was corrected by not returning the meal but by adding the ingredients to the meal which was already wrong, we never received our drinks!! Then on the bill we was still charged for them. Poor service would not recommend dining here!

Not what it was years ago when there was a theme to Frankie and Benny's. I was a lot younger but still enjoyed the "Rat Pack" theme and the music. Used to buy the F&B CD's and still have them. No real atmosphere nowadays but the service was great and the food was ok.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids!Parking: The rock has loads of spacesWheelchair accessibility: Big wide doors and ramps etcDietary restrictions: They were very keen on the allergy side of things, which was great as I have a Seafood allergy.

Fabulous service, made to feel very welcome and that our custom mattered. We were asked immediately if we had any food allergies, a big ? Good choice of food, and reasonably priced. My grand daughter is autistic and the staff found us a quiet table, thank you. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Given 5 stars because of our server. Tattooed gent, possibly of middle eastern descent. Really attentive, super friendly and an all round good experience. I ordered the Mac and Cheese with bacon and Nduja with buffalo chicken fries, really enjoyed them. However, some of the other food dishes amongst my party were under-seasoned and honestly quite bland.

For our monthly visit to Bury market we decided to have lunch at Frankie & Benny’s and we were not disappointed. We got a nice window table and ordered our usual bottle of Merlot house wine and water with ice and lemon. For the meal we started with Corn on the Cob followed by Pepperoni pizza and skin on fries all well prepared and very tasty. Following our last visit my wife received a voucher for a free cocktail and really enjoyed her Pornstar Martini. The service was first class and we thanked Santiago for his friendly and helpful attention. Look forward to our next visit.

Went as a family of 9 , we were sat for approx minutes awaiting to order drinks , there was hardly anyone in .. we've never had a issue before they are usually quite good when it comes to service . We just got up walked out for one of the staff to come to the door and make a comment well its your own fault you lost out on quite a bit of money there but you won't be bothered sort you attitude and service ! We will defo not be returning!

Great staff, great food.Coming into the summer they need to make more of the outdoor area. It's drank inside and you miss the sunshine when sat inside a gloomy restaurant.

I love Frankie and Benny's it's a no fuss place where you can get good food at a reasonable price. Went with my 9 year old daughter, 7 month old and mother in law. We all enjoyed our food, the portion size was perfect and it all tasted great.Kid-friendliness: The kids option is brilliant for all ages, offering big and little bites.

We had a lovely Dinner at Frankie & Benny’s in The Rock complex in Bury, Manchester last evening. Our waiter was SANTIAGO who was very pleasant and professional. He attended to all our needs throughout with a big smile and lovely manner which made the whole evening thoroughly enjoyable ! Thank you Santiago - we’ll see you again soon !

The food is overpriced and was awful.Starter came and was still frozen, I asked and they made me a new one.Main came and tasted horrid and the burger was burnt.It’s a few hours later and I now feel queasy.My partner said it was ok as he got pizza.Only redeeming factor was the staff are pleasant.
