thanks for absolutely smothering both rolls in brown sauce when only wanted one with brown sauce I rang back about the inconvenience as I’ve had to walk there and walk back from my work place. She told me Danny was responsible which is completely fine I get it mistakes happen but then I go back to the store and give them the bag with the original receipt on where a very short brown haired woman pulls her face at me and goes ‘they usually bring the wrong food back’ well I’m sorry I didn’t wanna walk thru bury town centre stinking of brown sauce that u smothered all over a roll thanks. Got a cold hot chocolate and 2 cold hash browns to accompany me with my lovely breakfast that I’ve had to trek back and forth to get. All that and not even one apology. mint job pals?

I went to this Greggs shop in Bury ,yesterday and purchased a 4 pack of sausage rolls , and also purchased 2 "hot" chicken slices from the hot food counter , yes the chicken slices were cooked , but they were cold and i mean cold no heat inside at all , I was not impressed as I walked about 3 minutes back to my car with them , and was not impressed , the sausage rolls felt warmer that were from the front basket display, 4 for £3.50 , so I drove home and had to microwave the chicken slices to eat them ,rather than put them in the bin ,hot food on sale should be hot

James, the manager/boss (I assume), was very rude and snarky with his staff when they were doing an absolutely fine job and were lovely to me. James should very much be put through training again and be taught that how to treat staff as human beings and not slaves. Won’t be returning when he is in there again??
