Poor Breakfast. Plates cold. Staff tense. Breakfast cold £20.00 with drinks for my friend and I. Tables wobbly. Management pushing staff to do things....Not a pleasant experience.

Popped in for lunch during a visit to the market. Very busy (always a good sign) but no problems finding a table. Had the Mediterranean meze - fabulous. Staff worked off their feet but always pleasant and sociable. Next time we're in Bury, only 1 place to go!

Busy, bustling market cafe where there might be a wait but the food is so worth it.Great value for money; I love the Mediterranean platter.Feels to me like a step back in time when food was real, staff worked hard and cared about the food & people they served.Really like this place and plan to visit more often.

Love the produce they sell here but it's always a long queue and longish wait to get served. They definitely need more staff but it's only a small stall and I expect it would be difficult for anymore to work there. They already seem like they are falling over each other. That being said the existing staff are nice and friendly.

Honestly 1 star is being generous. Me and my sister ordered two flat whites; I work in a coffee shop and know exactly how a flat white should be. The small blonde woman who made the drinks claimed that the two huge watered down coffees she gave us was the proper way to make flat whites, and when we said that it wasn't what we wanted, she at first refused to remake them and then she tried to literally shoo us away. Never experienced such rudeness and bad customer service like that, will not be returning in the future.

Not great, hot chocolate for my children watery and cuts £3.50. Won’t buy anything from the cafe again. Staff not interested waited too long and not the best steak sandwich for the price.

Food was great. Just shame bout the customers service staff was huffing because I asked her to put something in a different bag and not together because it had nuts in. No thanks or anything she was obviously having a bad day taking it out on the customer's

Always a pleasure to visit here for freshly made food and coffee. Always busy, friendly help staff make the visit worth while too.

Not a good experience at the takeaway counter. Poppyseeds in the poppyseed cheesecake so stale the whole thing was inedible. Went in the bin. Beautiful sliced ham on the display, what goes in the bag entirely different. Raggy bits full of gristle and tubes. Been going for years but won't be returning.

Went on Wednesday market day ( its was busy), The lamb ciabatta I had lacked taste and even more so in appearance. I expect more for the money paid. In my opinion the only reason this establishment is as busy as it is, is because its the only place in Bury Market that has adequate seating.Would give it a miss !!

Great delicatessen. Friendly staff and fantastic selection of products. We drive here from North Wales to get the dried pasta as it's the best around and as great offer when you buy 10 bags. 2 free.
