Shocking service. Waited over five minutes for my food at the drive thru. I had to go back to the window to ask where my wrap was. It was on the side, they had clearly forgot about it. No apologies from the blond haired girl. Food was cold. I won’t be calling there again.

It could be busy lunch time or dead 3am and you’ll still be asked to park up when going through the drive through. Not once have I ever received my order right and absolutely never within 20 minutes. Food is always stone cold too. Never had a good experience here.

I've been to the drive thru of this place on many occasions, at different times of the day and night. Never once have I been able to drive through. I've always had to park up and wait a considerable amount of time for my food. Of all the McDonald's I've been to, this is the worst run one by far.Obviously, this has nothing to do with the overworked, underpaid staff. The fault lies entirely with the franchisee and manager.

Their order board is always a mess, the drive thru is always a mess when I visit, quicker to walkin as they park up a high percentage of drive thru drivers, making them wait. And as allot of restaurants at night packrd by delivery drivers thinking they are more important than everyone else.

Deliveroo person was kind delivery was fast and food was alright apart from a few things, burger was squished, chocolate milkshake mays well have just been milk on its own. And on the mozzarella sticks and fries it seems like they spilled the whole container of salt on food and has made me incredibly thirsty for some time
