Huge Thank you to Georgina and her team at the Bury store! My 15 year old son is autistic and HATES birthday cake so I always order him a giant cookie online to be delivered in his birthday ? This year it didn’t arrive so I contacted the Bury store (my local) to ask them if they could help me track the order…….turns out Millies stores are franchise and therefore the stores are nothing to do with online.
However, they team gave me all the details to contact the online customer services and in the meantime prepared me a replacement cookie which was ready within the hour! Fantastic service and lovely, friendly, understanding staff.
Thank you sooooo much for all of your help today! I’ll be ordering directly from store in future ?

The manage is a top guy! Staff friendly and funny. Will never order a giant cookie online. Bury shop is the one for fresh and soft ones! Also they personalise is so much better.

I phoned Millie's Cookies Bury after driving all the way to Trafford Centre because I thought they have 2 outlets there and I will be guaranteed to order and collect a giant cookie for my sisters birthday but the wait was over 2 hours! However I spoke to Mark at the Bury branch who was ever so helpful, he took my order swiftly. When I asked whether the red colouring was suitable for vegetarians, Mark ensured me majority of their products were suitable for a halal diet, his depth of knowledge and interest really showed. He is a credit to your company and all the other team members were a delight to speak to as well. Thank you ever so much for the brilliant customer service

we visited millies cookies bury yesterday, they couldnt accomodate us enough they were warm friendly and geniunely helpful...i highly recommend the giant cookie instead of a birthday cake xx great gift aswell xx

Cookies gone down hill. Most of them aren’t even a circle and are weird square shapes. Some of them are that small it baffles me how they can charge so much.
