I used to really enjoy Nandos. You could lie to yourself that it was healthy and it was always pretty tasty. Not the case for the latter any more. This visit was the first visit in about 2 years for me. We had starters and mains. I'm a big eater so had to sharing platter, but I recall the platter being much bigger and nowhere near as bland and dry. The salad my gf had was very poor, not fresh at all and she left most of it. The mains were poor, basic and dry. Someone said to me that they think Nandos is now one of the worst places to eat, something I'd agree on. The meal was £90, which is insane considering its just chicken with some spicy sauce to disguise the taste of basic chicken. Compare this to a meal at Miller & Carter for example. The price will be the same but the quality of the food, surroundings and service will be far superior. Don't go here. It's dreadful. This was my last ever visit to Nandos, ever.

The service was absolutely perfect, but the chicken in the kids' menu is actually spicier than the regular chicken, so the girls wouldn't touch it.Aside from that, it's not a half bad place.
Service very slow. Meals all cooked and left on counter for distribution by waiter(s). Trouble was not enough waiters. When they did turn up to clear the backlog they prioritise the takeaway stuff first, leaving in house customers waiting for food. Shambolic management. Never again.

Great team! All the team were so lovely and helpful, the chap on the door, I think he was called Erin was so welcoming, super funny and just the perfect front of house staff member. The staff serving all had a smile on their face and the atmosphere was great A special thank you to the wonderful manager, he helped to use my voucher, and showed me how to use the app, Honestly they where the best nandos team Ive found yet!

Visited on Saturday 30th of September and the service was atrocious. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait yet we sat anyway as we were very hungry and didn’t bother going anywhere else. We ended up waiting 55 minutes for the food and when it arrived the chicken wraps were stone cold you could tell they had been sat for ages. There was only one person serving food at a time even though there were multiple members of staff stood around doing nothing.

wrong food was brought out with 2 of our meals then they brought cold food out forgot lettuce on wrap forgot peri salt on chips waitress was just circling round the resturant ignoring the fact our plates needed

Came here for lunch with the kids. Nando’s is normally great with young kids because the service is fast, but this branch seemed to be in total disarray. Two customers ahead of me in the queue were there to complain. Food took best part of an hour. Seemed to be servicing takeout orders whilst customers were sat at tables unfed. Dreadful
