Ordered a chicken sizzler, chicken strips and veg melts- it’s so horrible that the melts were sticking to the box, no dip with the strips and they were half cooked while the pizza was burnt it looked stale, and the pizza was not a chicken sizzler at all. Ordered a month ago the same pizza it was so good but this time a total disappointment. Not at all worth the money, sry to say this. Reckless preparation of food. Hope Pizza Hut notices this.

I rang for a pizza on saturday night at19.00 left on hold ten mins then told by the staff to busy to talk to you and put phone down . This was a £30 order and the way i was treated was shocking i will NEVER order anything from this shop again.

This tasted nothing like a pizza hut meal. Base was flat. No taste, bland. I can't believe a pizza can taste this dull. The place stunk of weed also. I am never going to eat another pizza hut pizza again. Staff were nice though and they were quick in serving me.

Even 1 star is too much for them , I wish I could give zero, after 1hr I rang them, and their rude staff answers back by saying call customer service for cancellation and you’ll receive your order in 15/20mins. I regret buying food from this business and I won’t order anything from them anymore ??

Not for the first time the food arrived nearly an hour after expected delivery time, which not for the first time meaning the food was cold inedible and battered boxes. When I rang the manager Mo, he was inattentive and unapologetic for the food arriving in this state and actually had the audacity to say it wasn't any of the employees fault and that it was the design of the box. Little does he know that many years ago I used to work for pizza hut as a delivery driver and worked my way up to manager and customer experience is what mattered from start to finish. If anybody wants to order food from this outlet I would highly recommend not to, unless you want to waste your money please please please think twice. I will not be ordering again despite his offer for free food next time. This should of been a complete refund and I don't hear from head office I will be pursuing this complaint further. Complete and utter fail and a disgrace to the pizza hut brand!!!

Awful awful awful, food was musty and tasted off - emailed and they said they had followed all of the procedures in my eyes they could not of been followed as the food was inedible will never be eating at a Pizza Hut ever again.
