Suspicious presentation of the meatball sub. It fell apart as I opened the packaging. Customer service was decent though.

Nice clean subway with good service. There were 4 staff on and no queue, and the drink refill machine was actually working and fully stocked.

Maggots in bins, produce is constantly defrosted and refrosted, reused, staff play tetris and don't wash the knives or maintain good hygiene the sink doesn't work because it has no pipe the fridges temperature gauge is broken. The counter is full of crumbs and dust. Members of staff would rather be on there phones than help with orders. The waste of food is disgraceful .worthless subway and I've been going for years, after working there 2 weeks it's trash, never again

Absolutely awful!! i ordered on just eat my order was all incorrect, items missing the actually sandwich was incorrect, certain salad etc were added on which i never asked for... i could of had a allergy to them. when trying to contact them nobody would answer! will never order from there again! daylight robbery.

I have travelled 15 minutes to get there and have the surprise to be Closed!!!\\nTheir working hours are from 7am but in reality is from 8am.\\n\\nIs their responsability to update the business hours right ?\\n\\nHard to find a parking space as well as is located in the centre.\\n\\nSo.. goodluck

Don't order a delivery from these guys! They don't put all your order in and they never answer their phones. Basically stealing your money from you. Will never EVER get a delivery from these guys again. Such a shame as I love the food from Subway.

Absolutely awful! Came in and 3 staff were just talking not paying any attention. After about 2 minutes a young girl came out and served without saying hi or asked what we are having, just stared blankly at us waiting for us to say our order. While doing our order the shop was very unclean with veg in the meat section and counters dirty! The cookies were smaller than usual and burnt!

My son and I came in here for some lunch. He enjoyed his meatball mariner with salad, and cookie. I had a meatball salad with extra, meatballs. Delicious meatballs and a, tasty tomato sauce, I had all the various salad bits and grated cheese, with a good Chipotle sauce. Good and friendly service. A positive experience.

Every time we have ordered from here, the order has not only been wrong, it appeared as though our subs had been prepared by a chimp and dropped into a box from great height.\\n\\nTrying to call the 'restaurant' is a waste of time. One can only assume because the number of angry complainants have broken their spirit and nobody has the balls to pick up.\\n\\nI wouldn't mind quite so much if the prices were reasonable but they're really not.\\n\\nTwo stars because the food was technically edible.

Ordered two hot sandwiches on UberEats. Was given a timescale of about 20 mins. The driver arrived at the store about 10 mins later. I could see the driver waiting at the store for about half an hour, on the tracking, before he finally left. He arrived shortly after, very stressed out saying that he was collecting 2 orders, my order was ready when he got there but the other one took 30 mins. My order was of course stone cold. Not even a little bit warm. I contacted UberEats who refused to refund but thanked me for my feedback(!)

Rude, incompetent staff and completely useless. Asked if wanted "cheese and toasted", so I replied "just cheese please" and they heat it up anyway. I asked for a single line "South-West Sauce" and they completely marinate my sandwich in it. Then I find a giant house spider in it!! I was nearly sick....DISGUSTING!!

what a terrible experience!! I went in this morning to have my lunch with my boyfriend. I ordered my usual order which was a foot long Italian bmt with mayonnaise. I ate half of it when ,to my disgust, I found a spider in it. My boyfriend took it back to the lady at the till for me as I was in absolute shock; Where she dismissed the situation and said it was a bit of fluff from the grill, when it was clearly not as it had legs! The lady at the till asked if I wanted it remade which I did not as I had been very much put off the whole idea of eating now so instead I was given a refund. As a person with arachnophobia, I can say it was genuinely a terrifying and disgusting experience. After I had walked out I threw up and have felt sick all day since it happened! Will not be going back to subway. Intended to come for a nice meal with my boyfriend, but instead ended up on a bush-tucker trail!

Got an order from this subway and our order was a tuna (with nothing on it, except tuna and cheese and mayo on it) and then it came back with loads of corn on it, jalapeños, and other stuff that we hadn’t ordered. Very disappointing with this service!
