Just been to collect an order and disgusted with the size of the chip portions. I orders 2 portions at a cost of 3.90 and the box was barely half full. When questioned the owner couldn't care less about customer service. What used to be a good takeaway no longer deserves any custom

Now then, there back on form, I have been using sunny Bank for a number of years, and they have always been spot on. The kebabs are not greasy as a sump pan of a 50 year old Ford. You can actuly taste the garlic ? in their bread. And the pizzas are banging. I started using Just Eat app, and all of a sudden, the portion size dropped considerably. The food was often late and substandard. Complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears, so I stopped using them that was 10 month ago. Then I was in the area and decided to get a takeaway from there orderd over the phone picked it up and it was all spot on I could not ask for better, a few week ago I used the just eat app and low and behold small portions and sub standard. Then I put 2 and 2 together, the next order was done over the phone, and I paid cash on delivery. The order was spot on. So I assume that just eat is fleecing them ? must be use the app you get c**p order over the phone pay cash you are looked after, so from now on I will order the old school way ? ?

Takes 7 hours to get food - chips frozen again by the time they arrive, chicken was pink on the kebab - weird flex but binned it anyway.

Absolutely disgusting that I ordered extra peppers and onions which I didn’t get. There was 8 pieces of chicken spread amongst 6 triangles of pizza. Total rip off and would never recommend or use again. Terrible

The service waited 90 mins for it, food was cold soggy and drinks missing for which we paid for and don’t get me started on the communication they had me on the phone for 20 mins speaking in their language discarded what my issue was.
