absolute garbage, don’t bother.not to mention that the food portions were no where near as large as the attitude, arrogance and rudeness we received from a particular middle-aged, somewhat self righteous member of staff.or the fact that you are treated like a child, shadowed every two minutes to make sure you’re not abusing the rules of the “buffet” (which you couldn’t possibly do considering the ridiculously small portion sizes)and then, if you thought this place couldn’t get any better.. you thought wrong!!they meticulously time your experience the second you walk in and if that didn’t make you feel uncomfortable enough, when you’ve exceeded your lengthy stay of 90 minutes (?) they will proceed to pressure you into leaving.calling this place an all you can eat buffet would be like giving a kid a tube of smarties consisting only of the brown ones.wrong on every level.okay fine.. the robot cats were sort of adorable.P.S. watch out when ordering the prawns as they might start catching up with you about day time television.

The robots were quite cute bless 'em, and a great gimmick that put a smile on your face for sure.But look beyond this and you see tiny portion sizes and wait for it - a 90 minute time slot to part with your £23 pp excluding drinks.So get ordering your 6 microscopic food portions at a time and make it snappy!No time for chitter chatter there's a business to run here!And the icing on the cake?A rude waitress hurrying you up!She's a waitress now but I think she worked on the doors at some point as she didn't shy from confrontation.The Chinese Buffet Bury?In a word Avoid.

Nice clean restaurant,staff very nice but food still only warm, one dish was hot but its not all made fresh,ready made most of menu in kitchen so bit disappointing

Lovely dining experience. No problems friendly staff and lovely atmosphere and very clean.Kid-friendliness: Child friendly service, robots made the experience a lot more fun.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had didn’t taste nice at all compared to the Manchester City centre Chinese restaurants and even buffets, the old system so much better, tiny amounts of food and the “chocolate covered marshmallows” can’t even see how horrendous they were not expected at all. the robots are covered in greasy finger prints. Cost 2 people £77 then asked if we wanted service charge on as if its not robots anyway??and to top it off it also gave me food poisoning and was throwing up all the next day, my friend also went a few weeks after me and had the same sickness the next day do not recommend cheaper to go out in town and get your moneys worth!

Absolutely shocking customer service experience. Lady that served us was rude from the moment we arrived. My children are autistic and have little to no understanding and were so excited for the robots. The robot stopped at our table and my daughter started to get the food off the robot she came storming along with her hands in the air shouting stop stop stop, causing unwanted attention of everyone looking at us while she proceeded to shout your taking other peoples food. We went to finish the last day of the holidays and I now have two very upset children. I went to ask her could i have the QR code again as the app had signed me out she said just go and sit down at your table.We waited 20 minutes to find that someone had taken our food from the robot. We let her know and she reluctantly reordered it. She brought it to the table and slammed it down in to my family members arm and smug smirk as she walked away. I myself suffer with anxiety and going out as a family is something we rarely do due to fearing what we may face taking my autistic son out so today was meant to be a happy experience. I cannot believe someone would be so rude. Blonde lady middleaged glasses.The man on the bar black shirt blonde hair was extremely accommodating and polite. However she has completely ruined our experience of going to this restaurant and we will not be returning. We have previously visited the bolton restaurant and they can't do enough to accommodate so we're really surprised what we experienced.Completely ruined the last day of our holidays. She had absolutely no right to speak to my daughter the way she did. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Extremely rude.

Tina is absolutely amazing, I have special dietary requirements and she accommodated all my needs, made us so welcome. Food it great, atmosphere is so lovely. Definitely recommend.

Great food, good customer service, staff's are the best, delicious food, we came in groups and we all had a Great and fantastic lunch, l will surely recommend to friends and family ?

The staff were nice enough, but that’s it. The app that you use to order, felt like it was designed by Helen Keller, it looks terrible, kicked me off 3 times and then didn’t let us pay. The food was ok if you’ve not eaten for months, but I have, so it was awful. It’s delivered on little robots that are dripping with grease from other people’s hands.One of the chefs walked out of the bathroom having not washed his hands, a nice reminder not to order the chef’s special sauce.The hour or so I spent there was a waste, what a ball-achingly disappointing experience. Save your money - and the absurd amount of calories, go and get a nandos.

Booked twice was cancled twice only received 1 deposit refund despite numerous phone calls and having to give my bank details everytime i rang. Also wasn't even offered free drink or anything if I came on a differant occasion despite my full booking turning up to a sign on the door 2 young kids in toe at tea time inconveniences is an understatement.
