Took my mum in here today,very accommodating and pleasant. The owner had a nice smile and was very well mannered which I.love ?. Our food was tasty and the chips were lovely. We both left very full and happy.Lovely

Fish and chips - £7.50. The batter was very greasy and the quality of the fish itself wasn’t great. I guess it was cheap enough so not a disaster. Friendly service, clean-ish place.

TOTALLY DISGUSTING - Called in today for a cod - and I have to say as the WORST fish I have ever been served in a chip shopExpensive, certainly not fresh - clearly frozen - horrible taste and although I waited 10 min - no way was this fresh out of a fryer never in million years ! You can't see the food being cooked fresh infront of you - which says a lot !! - the portion size was tiny and it was over cooked / warmed up . I think its unacceptable to offer such shocking food like this - if I could give them 0 stars it would be too many. Dreadful !!!!!!!!!!!!!! place was also almost empty - unlike Thompsons just up the rock - who are always packed.

We ordered the fish and chips. The food was delicious and cooked to order. It was a bit pricey for the small portions. Customer service was good. I recommend this location because the food was good.
