Traditional pub, good beer. Friendly staff. Everywhere is clean.

A local pub, been going for years, plenty of quiet tabels for a quiet chat. There's a large collection of board games to choose from and play. Mind the step down when you go to the bar.

Very cosy, traditional pub split over at least three rooms. Friendly atmosphere, with very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. Don't know if they do food as we weren't eating.

Excellent choice of real ales. Cosy rooms and good service. Open fire which was lit and lots of atmosphere as you would find in an historic place.

Arrived for an informal 60th for my brother last Saturday. We absolutely loved this stunning pub, staff couldn’t do enough for you, drinks were reasonably priced and live music too. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic venue. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Held my husband's surprise 60th Birthday here. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. Barstaff were very efficient, never had to wait long considering how busy the bar was. The singer Leah B was fantastic, highly recommend paying a visit to watch her. All guests said they had an amazing night and loved our local. Thank you for making his night one we will remember for a long time and we will see you soon.

Lovely little pub! Great, friendly staff. Needed somewhere quiet for a catch up with family from abroad on a Saturday night and this was the spot!

Nice little pub, and I do mean little. Not a free house so the selection is limited to Thwaites products. I had the one made just for the pub but I don't recall it's name.
