As a working couple the option of too good to go was great for us. Not from here anymore. We have just picked up our order which was already packed sweating under the meat selection for god knows how long. This must be a new system but I called that the selection would be mainly sprouts,carrots and hardly and meat....Well we got 2 sweaty boxes of carrots and sprouts 1 roast and no new potatoes or mash. This is not acceptable and we will not be going back. Even when u could select your own food 90% of the Staff were rude and it felt you were judged by the too good to go offers. As only 2 of us like Sunday dinner this was a good option NOW ruined by someone choosing what you would like pre visit and letting it fester under the counter. The quality of food to begin with isn't the best but now it's just ruined. Well I seeing I won't be going anymore they can keep the hard carrots and sprouts....what a joke that was not a nice surprise or selection. This definitely needs reviewing going forward and put back to how it used to work.

We enjoyed a delicious carvery dinner, which was filling and fantastic value for money. We were served by Pam, who made us feel very welcome. She was very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Thanks - we'll be back!

Have visited before on a couple of occasions. Opted for the carvery this time which was hot, tasty and good value for money. Pam was our waitress who we have met here before and as always she was pleasant, cheerful and made sure we were looked after. Thanks Pam. Well worth a visit and we will be back.

First time I've been here with my family. The food was gorgeous and so cheap. Vaun the waitress was so welcoming and helpful. She was very attentive with a lovely personality Food was gorgeous and good value for money. Would recommend and definitely would go back

Visited with work colleagues Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff good food and service would recommend the carvery
Our server vaun is always very friendly always asks if we enjoyed our food and if there is anything else we need before we start honestly a credit to the company the lovely lady has served me and my partner many times even under busy stressful periods she is always very polite and really cares about our experience always lovely to have a chat with vaun ❤️

Great food from menu plus nice carvery. Was seated by a lovely lady named Pam. Also we was served at the bar by Mel who was also extra helpful with my order. Great experience would definitely come again

Had an amazing carvery here never can go wrong especially on a freezing day like today! I noticed a bit quieter than usually but that didn't stop the usual quality. Was served by Becky on the bar, nothing was too much trouble and the lovely Oliver on the carvery day had is smiling for the rest of our night
