Been here many times now and it never disappoints. West Ivy is a stunning restaurant and a brilliant addition to the area. The food was really lovely as always and the portions generous. The service is also exceptional, both friendly and efficient. There is also a lovely atmosphere here, can't wait to visit again!

We went on Christmas Eve for a family meal with a friend and the food was excellent. I've never ever had a bad meal here. It was very busy and we were served once again by Erin, who was excellent, polite and courteous as usual. An excellent member of staff. All the other members of staff who greeted us were very nice took. I'd again, definitely recommend this restaurant and I hope the staff had a nice Christmas Day as they deserve it

Well me and my friend visited here on Saturday afternoon for her Birthday, we had seen all the photos of the food on Facebook so we were looking forward to visiting, Anyway the weather wasn't the best but as we approached a nice friendly Lady (sorry didn't get her name but she was doing the bookings) held the door open for us as we entered, which was a nice touch to start off with. As we were early we were told our allocated table wasn't quite ready but we could take a seat near the bar and order some drinks. We were given the drinks menu and within a few moments our drinks order was taken, the drinks were delivered moments later, After about 15 minutes we were told out table was now ready and we were taken through and seated (its got lovely decor and ambience here too so nice and chilled) We were then given some more menus, we had been debating all week what to have but we saw someones bottomless brunch and decided to go with that option (with the free drinks too for 1½ hours) I am so glad we did, so first off we ordered a prosecco and this came very quickly (very attentive and very friendly waitress) she told us once were were getting to the last mouthful of drink to give her a shout so we could order more, anyway she came to us before we could shout her and we ordered more, in between this the food came, again very fast service. The food was absolutely amazing, divine even, we had the Christmas Bottomless which consisted of a charcoal mini cheeseburger (this was melt in your mouth delicious) BBQ chicken Bao bun, again very tasty, Brie wedges, these were lovely a prawnstar martini and skin on fries, I could not fault the food one but, it was all very fresh and very very tasty. For sweet again there was Gingerbread Mini Shakes (very yummy) Ferreo Rocher Profiteroles, Biscoff Chocolate Cinnamon Buns, Salted Caramel Tray-Bake Brownie and White chocolate berry roulade. I was that full i could not eat all the desserts, wish I had taken them home. We also managed to fit in 5 Pornstar Martinis and also a Proescco in that time so we 100% got our moneys worth. I would very highly recommend this place, the Staff are amazing, attentive and very friendly, which you don't get everywhere these days. Recommend a visit

Popped in as the menu looked good for lunch and we were honestly blown away by the quality. The steak was perfect, as was the camembert and everything else we had. The care given to ensure we weren't blinded by the sun was really thoughtful and the service was perfect.

Very nice food. Service good. Very busy and music quiet loud making it difficult to hear as I’m a little deaf. Would recommend

Great place for lunch! The food was amazing and portion sizes were great. Prices were really reasonable. Had a lovely mother/ daughter lunch after some shopping and all of the staff were so lovely and the food really tasty! We had the steak and cheese Camembert sharer, the beef bao buns and some other sharer plates. Would highly recommend!

I do not normally do reviews but this time I was left with no choice the behavior of one of your managers last night was disgusting the way she was screaming at her staff in front of customers made us very uncomfortable we regulars and we spend a bit of money in there every other week we can not believe at this day and age there is still animals like that we will not be coming back

We come here all the time and everytime is such a wonderful experience and the food is to die for as are the mocktails. Today was special though due to the staff. I had a funny turn and became poorly very quickly at 7 months pregnant. The staff were unbelievable in this situation especially Jess H! She was super caring and made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed about the whole ordeal. I cannot thank her enough for this. She really is such a great member of staff. Thank you Jess really thank you! Mac was great as always he always is. Everytime we come in he is great!
