The only sandwich available was egg on oat bread which appeared to be white bread containing some oats. There were no wholemeal bread sandwiches. Coffee at Costa always reaches a consistently high standard. As usual, the cakes were very sweet and factory-made. Atmosphere is functional almost to the. point of austerity.

Noisy and not in the least bit relaxing. Water boiled over and over again which means you always get a stale tasting pot of tea. Why anyone would pick to go here is beyond me.

lovely employee with the glasses on made my drink today, usually im distracted by my phone but today i was actually watching her make my iced sticky toffee latte, she asked if i wanted cream and i said yes. i watched as she squirted some cream on top, it was enough but she still went and got a brand new can of cream out to make sure it looked good and had a full layer on top!! always impressed with this costa, usually long lines but they move fast because drinks are made speedily and very tasty!

Just been to costa drive thru Sunbank lane, Altrincham. Upon the advertisements it said open till 8 o clock and we was in the drive thru by 7:49. The machine said they was shut. This is absolutely ridiculous and false advertising shutting early without notice up!
The staff here never seem happy to see you, its not a welcoming environment, no customer service or care and the prices are ridiculous for sandwiches and hot food.

The coffee at Costa has always been poor. But this place is the worst. It’s just milk with a vague flavour that is so mild that calling it coffee is an insult. Terrible. Undrinkable And yet it was full. But I think most people were on the other drinks The coffee is awful to anyone who loves good coffee

I was shocked with the state of the toilet, I order my coffees very early morning and went to use the lady room it’s was filthy I mention that to member of staff and she didn’t even bothered to clean it ,That should be clean before they openAnd always my coffee is cold when I picked it up it happend 5 timesNot happy at all

Staff are very kind and helpful. Can sometimes be shortages of items but overall great. Today i got a chocolate frappé and the staff member (oscar) who made it took pride in his work and took extra care to keep the shape of the cream as he put the lid onParking: Very easy to access

Much improved after review but still one of the old issues persists. They used to regularly say they had run out of decaff coffee and sometimes decaff tea. Not a lot to ask for from a coffee shop but it was the case. Same happened today - no decaff coffee. Blamed on the deliverers but as far as customer is concerned that is of little relevance. A shame, as staff are trying much harder.
