Councillor Ln, Cheadle Hulme, CheadleVisited on Sunday 31 March for a late breakfast. We were greeted by Raja who was very friendly and welcoming. It was nearing the transition of the breakfast menu to the lunch menu and was getting busy, however Raja made a great effort to ensure our breakfast selection was not rushed. All staff were friendly and helpful but a special thank you to Raja for making the dining experience very comfortable.

2 Old Hall Rd, Gatley, CheadleFantastic food and service. Ate here while staying at airport for a flight the following day. We even ordered two Dosa's for breakfast the following day, they were cold obvs but still delicious. Definitely eat here again when in the area.

I've been here a couple times now and there are only positives I can tell you about this place:- The pizza dough they use is amazing and soft. You won't be leaving any crusts here!- The cheese garlic dough balls are so good and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. These aren't like the small dough balls you get at pizza express etc. These are going to be the best you've ever had. Trust me!- The place is owned and run by a gentleman and his wife who are really pleasant to talk to and very passionate about the pizza they make. That's reflected in the quality of their pizza.- Their chicken is halal!

Delhi Dream Indian Restaurant

The Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Broccoli starters were delicious, and the main course curries and breads were absolutely spot on. Kudos to Delhi Dream for not letting our lateness affect the top-notch food quality!

Hands down the most delicious, well seasoned food I have EVER tasted. This is our second time visit the restaurant and we traveled 1.5hours to visit again and it was so worth it. I highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting in the future.

From the outside and the surrounding area you might just pass by and never even notice but this place serves the best Indian in south Manchester and at unbelievably reasonable prices considering today's prices and the cost of living.I've tried Indian food throughout the world and UK and this place is my favourite.The staff are super friendly you can tell it's a family run business. They go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and even bring little unplanned extras for you to try out.Definitely worth 5 stars .

Bruntwood Hall, bruntwood park, CheadleFrom walking in at the front door we were greeted at reception with a very warm welcome from Amanda and shown through to the dinning room for our afternoon tea. We were Greeted by Lisa who showed us to our table. Such a lovely welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. Our afternoon tea was absolutely delightful. Lisa was very attentive without being intrusive.Dietary restrictions: We were asked if we had any dietary requirements? I said raw black pepper Lisa went to ask chef and there was black pepper in the chicken Caesar wrap. So chef made some more up without pepper.

Turkish Bistro
65 High St, CheadleJust been to Turkish Bistro in Cheadle with a friend, I had the mixed sizzler dish and it was amazing. My friend had the Chicken SIS and it was very tasty and succulent. We both finished off with Coffees and one of Lisa’s sublime beautifully had made cakes which are to die for. A big thank you to all the staff and of course the Chef. Will definitely be coming back. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery was prompt, arriving hot and fresh at my doorstep. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at J&B Restaurant and I highly recommend their Fatayer to anyone craving a tasty and satisfying treat. Next time I go for breakfast in Cheadle Hulme I'm going to ask if they do those sausages with the breakfast.In the past I've also had the steak & ale pie, which is also good. This has become my goto place to eat when I'm in the area.I don't tend to drink during the working day, so the stars are awarded for the food, I can't comment either way on the ale.I marked the atmosphere as medium because during sporting events (Cheltenham, footie, etc) it's dominated by screens everywhere. My preference would be to have less of the pub covered by the screens, so that I could choose whether or not to have one in front of me. . . clearly other customers appreciate the sport so I'm not saying remove them all.Other reviewers mention this being a former Wetherspoon's. In my opinion Spoons has gone downhill on food quality since COVID: and food quality here is about where Spoons were at their best; so a lot better than Spoons are today, and so I'm glad the pub changed ownership.

The service was excellent, particularly from our waitress Charlie who was superb. We all commented that it was one of the best Sunday roasts we'd had, all in a warm, cosy welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend and will visit again. Thank you to Charlie and all the team for looking after us so well.

Took around 40 minutes to be delivered however this is made clear on the menu in the Tap.Food arrived still lovely and hot in tiffin dishes. Both dishes (chicken pad krapow and lamb shashlik) were delicious and cannot recommend this enough! Lovely addition to the Chiverton Tap.

I would recommend this place. delivery has always been within the hour but we do tend to order just after 5pm and we live close.Vegetarian options: there are plenty of vegetarian options.

I haven't had an opportunity to eat Indian dishes in a while, but was able to enjoy a good catch up with my friend at Garam Massala.The staff made us very welcome and since we were early bird customers we had a wide choice of seating.The menus are clear and varied giving us a great option of meals, we went with the early bird menu and let me tell you that the food here is delicious.We had papadum with a selection of sauce dips, chutney, chilli, sour etc.The starters arrived promptly, I had the onion bhaji while my friend had a chicken tikka (it arrived sizzling hot), so good.The onion bhaji were big and had a side of lettuce and cucumber. I tried it for the first time and am in love with them. So crunchy outside, soft inside, a perfect starter, especially since I added some chutney to it.For the main meal, my friend ordered chicken masala while I have chosen the chicken karhai, which arrived sizzling hot in a little pot on a wooden board, with pilau rice. I don't know how they do it but it was smooth as butter, practically melting in my mouth and the combination with rice was just perfect.For the ending we ordered two simple coffees, we received some brown sugar and cream for it in addition to a little mint chocolate.The portions are good sized and we were half full just from the starters.At the end the staff brought complementary warm wet wipes. We cleaned our hands and went home with tummies full of gorgeous food.Garam Massala is definitely having another visit from us in the future.Vegetarian options: Onion Bhaji, Garlic Mushroom, Paneer Tikka, Veg Samosa, Aloo Tikka, Aloo/Chana/Mushroom Chat Puri

They have some children’s toys and the staff are so friendly.For the flat white, they have their own house espresso blend which was exceptional and the barista really knows his stuff.The food is truly delicious and there is a car park very close by so easy to access.

Gatley Tandoori Takeaway
5 Northenden Rd, Gatley, CheadleNot been for a while but we were glad to revisit. The food was outstanding, Curry’s were tasty and mixed grill was cooked to perfection. I wasn’t charged anything to bring my own alcohol which is a great gesture and the chips taste like homemade ones. The service was also excellent.

It does not go for an upmarket "authentic" style rather this is honest good value "Indian" food aimed at British taste. BYOB a huge bonus. Some sound-absorbing soft wall coverings would help as (see other reviews) it can get very noisy. But fortunately not for us this last visit !
