Had a problem with a stone cold pizza order on delivery. Rang the store, explained the situation and they sent out a brand new order which arrived at the normal hot and fresh standard. Great customer service to rectify an easy mistake.

Ordered for collection, was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Arrived to collect after 15 minutes and was told it would be a few minutes which was fine. After 10 minutes I asked again and was given the order but missing one pizza which I queried. After asking a few more times (it was like trying to get blood out of a stone!) I was told they were remaking the pizza as they’d got it wrong. No apology was given. It was 25 minutes late in the end (the rest of the order was ‘kept warm’ under a heat lamp all that time so obviously wasn’t very fresh when it finally got eaten). When I was finally given the whole order I was told ‘sorry about the delay’. This isn’t the first time we’ve had poor service from domino’s but it will be the last!

They need to change a little……most special offers are done online only and my elderly mum has difficulties in using modern technologies and because of that she misses out on special deals as they always say “if you order online…..” this is not fair at all on people who cannot read and/or use online platforms for ordering. Please try to change this.

Just picked up 2 medium pizza’s tonight. 1 ok and 1 absolutely terrible with literally no cheese and the pizza was dry (see photos of the pizza)How hard is it to put cheese on a pizza when someone purchases a pizza??I contacted the manager who said he can’t deliver to my house given its out of the catchment area for a replacement pizza, but I could pick one up.I explained that I couldn’t come back out because of my disabled son, however he was rude and unwilling to help.I further explained that I lived within the same postcode area as the shop, yet he was more concerned about enforcing a ‘job worth’ unhelpful approach, as oppose with solving the problem.I won’t be using the place again as not helpful for anyone with disability/Carer need’s.Very bad service this for the dominoes brand, that could have actually been resolved asking them driver to drop off a pizza literally a 5 min drive from the shop.I can see from other reviews customers having similar poor experience.

Thank you to all staff who worked in extreme heat for two days and made and delivered food for cheadle hulme. You are appreciated. Your job isnt easy making so many pizzas from scratch and getting them to a huge amount of customers within 30 minutes.
