We always get our kebabs from here they are plentiful delicious and you get lots of salad .We use them all the time .

Ordered a chicken strip wrap with chips and a can end up with chicken strips on their own. Apparently didn't understand what was ordered it's very close to chicken strips. Won't be bothering to order here again.

Ordered a chicken strip wrap which comes with salad, chips and a can. Ended up with a few chicken strips when staff were spoken to they said they sound similar. Will not be ordering from here again who wants just a few chicken strips on their own for tea.

Been ordering from sopranos gatley for the past 10 years and this last 6 months I've had to ring up multiple times to complain that food is burnt and cold. Again tonight I've had the same problem. Sadly I will no longer be ordering from here.
Food arrived 2 hours late and was cold. Promised a garlic dip with the pizza no where to be seen. Awful place use to go all the time but it’s gone more downhill every time I go. Be the last time that 2 hours for a pizza n no dip. Shambles gaff

Ordered a takeaway from the Web, ordering was nice and easy ?Went downhill from that point on.The delivery guy delivered half the order ?After an amusing conversation with somebody who pretended not to hear me ? 10 minutes later the rest of my order was delivered.Never never never go there again....

Ordered at 5.30Food turned up over 2hours later at 7.40 and coldRestaurant very unhelpfull when calling.I used to order from here quite regularly but now you have lost a customer for life.

As I was placing my order on the app I was advised that delivery would be within 30 mins…after it was placed it stated delivery would be 2 hours when I live just around the corner! So I rightfully called the store and queried it with them. The person I spoke to was the manager who was very defensive and abrupt and said my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes….Nearly 2 hours later my pizza finally arrived. The driver couldn’t find my location and was extremely obnoxious.When I finally began tucking in to my cold pizza, I must say it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life- no exaggerations! It really was that bad. The cheese was runny and slimey and base was like cardboard. Avoid like the plague people!

Asked for separate salad (no onions ) with 1 salad and sauces separate from kebabs…all comments completely IGNORED & all kebabs came wet with too much sauce and onions. Woke up this morning with bad stomach ? We’ve been ordering from here for years but I don’t know what’s happened? PRICES gone up so much too.UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS ☹️☹️☹️
