Food unedible over cooked over seasoned not fit enough to give your dog.Fish brown burnt reheated, chips brown reheated, salt and pepper food nasty super super salted to the point unedible and over cooked again and nearly burnt, since they changed staff its gone from 5 to -10 never again going there, tell a lie just been back next day and took it back and got a full refund.

Very worst customer service experience I had from the lady who works on the entrance, she does not even know how to speak and deal with customer, wondering how the management keeps the servant like this. I would not even put 1 star for service if I had no star.

I recently moved to this area, so I found this shop in google and ordered a dish, then I went to pick up my food. I just went to with my mobile wallet and I was seriously not aware of that its only cash. when I said I dont have cash and said im new to this area and its my first time, that lady see me as a thief and suddenly she has kept the food inside and was shouting and saying that go to off license, go to off license, go to off license. Literally I was feeling like helpless and thinking what she's saying to me. I came to know that she ask me to pay in the off license shop then I realise that she asked me take cash from that shop. Gently She could say we dont accept card so please get cash from cash machine.

On Wednesday the 8th of february my wife ordered a takeaway to be delivered at our home 45 minutes passed and my wife rang again to ask where it was " its on its way " 15 minutes later and said takeaway hadnt been delivered we got the same answer after over 1 hour and 20 minutes we had had enough we tried to ring but the call went straight through to a answering device i decided to drive to yummys to cancel the order yet one hour and forty five minutes later it arrives i felt sorry for the delivery driver who was clearly being messed about by the incompetence of the staff i appreciate mistakes can be made but why not admit that instead of blatantly lying about it yummy kitchen is about half a mile from our home we rang another chinese takeaway further away who delivered on time yummys kitchen is badly organised and i will not go there again simply because instead of telling the truth they lied instead of being honest
