Being a fussy eater, and a vegan, I have to check places before I visit them to make sure they have something I like. When I arrived here the menu wasn't the same as online, however the staff helped me find what I wanted and gave me the substitutes I wanted. And it was all amazing. Definitely a place i will return to.

My daughter had a Sunday lunch, beef was flavourless and tasted like it was sliced beef bought from a supermarket and Yorkshire pudding soggy and greasy. Not great.
The burgers were pretty good but the fish and chips was awful. When it arrived it looked good but it looked as though it had been battered and fried several times. 90% batter and grease and 10% fish. Thankfully when we complained the staff were excellent and dealt with it effectively. Chips were excellent and good choice of beers. Clean and well kept pub but food is hit and miss.
