“Arrived at 13:30 on a busy Sunday, just myself and the wife. They got us a table instantly and whilst they mentioned there would be a bit of a wait for food we didn’t mind at all. We both had the steak and ale pie which was delicious! They even provided my wife with some carrot and swede mash on the side for free (as she’s pregnant and was craving some more veg). Despite the pub being full we never felt like we were waiting and staff were lovely!”
