Had a great lunch here on a Friday. The menu was very original - chicken with sage & onion bread pudding . Lovely atmosphere with several roaring fires and lovely friendly staff
Amazing Sunday lunch! We booked a table for six people. We did have a bit of a wait for food but the pub was fairly full when we arrived. Lovely dining room and decor with a lovely fire in the middle so was toasty and warm. We ordered the sharing platter which did not disappoint! Everything was cooked fresh and well seasoned. To finish we had coffees and small deserts. Unfortunately a couple of the coffees were slightly cold, but the staff replaced these for us and they were lovely....read full review

Just returned from having Sunday lunch at The Greyhound and can honestly say it’s the best Sunday lunch I’ve tasted. Everything from the delicious pork to the gorgeous roasted vegetables, massive Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes…… just delicious. Even though they were fully booked and very busy, the service was first class.
