I am a big Subway fan as it’s great when I am on the road and need to eat between work appointments. And healthier than most fast food options. This is the Middlebrook site, so usually easy to park and there’s a loo. Unfortunately, the staff were tied up with a huge order when I arrived, which nobody explained or apologised for. Some people gave up waiting and left. I did receive an apology when I was finally served but staff were still working on the order, which seems to have resulted in my toasted sandwich accidentally being blasted twice, because the bread was much drier and crustier than usual. The salad and sauce distribution was also a bit haphazard, possibly due to rushing. Everyone was working hard but I just think they forgot their waiting customers. I would come back though, as this might not be common and could be sorted through training.

I had a superlative experience in the middlebrook shop due to an amazing young man named Reece Stringer. He was very pleasant; outgoing and respectful. Never in my 5 years of frequenting different Subway franchises have i been so impressed by the quality of service! Another thing which stood out to me was how effectively he was coordinating himself and his colleague which further streamlined the experience.

Food was amazing! We tried a few things from the new menu and they was fantastic! Lukis (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was our waitor and he was brilliant, superb personality! One negative would be the music, we thought more Mexican music would bring a better atmosphere! ?

Quickly seated, extremely fast service and received food within 10 minutes of ordering. Extremely impressive speed and the taste of the food was amazing. Prices are worth what you get and would definitely recommend. Their student discount is a bonus, too!

Chiquito is an affordable place to celebrate or enjoy company whildt having western-styled Mexican food.\\n\\nThe decor injects vibrance and fun into a visit. I actually like the extra space with seating due to social distancing.\\n\\nI went for drinks this week although in the past have been a few times for food. When it's busy it feels a little tight in the seating pods/ tables.\\n\\nIn the photo is a tailored Chiquito margarita and a classic margarita. It was great being able to enjoy these outside under shelter, with heaters available if it became chilly.
Visited yesterday had although busy Stoyan made our night nice and amazing. Thanks again

Came in for some food and drinks with my friend and received fantastic service, especially from the bartender Dom, who made us very nice cocktails and drinks whilst we waited for our table. He was very polite and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service and good food! Will definitely be coming again and would definitely recommend!
