Do people actually review Greggs? We stopped there on Saturday 22/04/23 early, about 8.30, the food was fine but the lad serving was brilliant, a properly friendly lad. 5* for the lad on his own and you can’t fault the food, cheap enough and tasty (probably 4*)

We just received the best customer service we have ever received from a young man working in Greggs!

After a long drive and feeling tired I called at Gregg’s and was greeted by Rob & Elliot who were extremely friendly and are great ambassadors for Gregg’s and I left with a huge smile on my face , I own my company and I hope my staff treat my customers with the same welcome , great work guys

Staff were pleasant enough but once again Greggs is out of bacon and still have no white sugar for tea. It's been going on at various Greggs for weeks now, useless.

Thought it might just be me but looking at recent reviews, it's pretty obvious that this Gregg's needs to close or install a new team. Worst cold hard sausage rolls ever.

Just pull in to Greggs no coffee milk off bacon cold pies cold not happy

Never had a bad experience here, always nice and friendly staff ? Great services overall ?

Rude staff.I think Gregg's could do with getting some their staff on to some customer service training. Rude for no reason whatsoever.

Just paid £4:65 for a stake bake and 2 sausage rolls....really...its greggs ???? Think your staff might have a fiddle going on...daylight robbery
Slow Huge queue, people leaving and weird decisions! staff won't open the other till, and says the other girl doing nothing can't speak. So the queue and the problem remains. Awful, awful experience.

Sick of being told opening times differ from sign on store front and website, young girl always chatting rubbish and swearing, worst Gregg's ever

Your staff need some training in manners and decency. Arrived to collect a Too Good to Go order which was specified to be available to collect between 15:30 and 16:00. I arrived bang on 16:00 and said I’d come to collect my order, the member of staff said they were closed and the bags had “gone”. She clarified she’d binned it. I asked why, when the store didn’t close anyway till 17:30 according to the website and google, and she just walked off. You need to update your opening times and save people wasted trips and stop wasting food unnecessarily. You are open till 16:00 so you don’t switch everything off and get ready to go before then. It’s obvious she’d chucked it before 4pm cos I literally got to the building before and the lights were off. If you’re open till 4 and the bags are able to be collected till then, that means you can collect at 4pm. LEARN TO TELL THE TIME.

Staff friendly be warm. Sadly the food, even the “hot” food not. Tepid at best. One to avoid if you’re wanting something hot. The coffee is good though.

Bacon butties were stone cold, dry and full of fat and had more margarine on it than bacon
