The last time we ate in, the floor was covered in chips and rubbish. We asked one of the staff if someone could clean up and they looked at us like we were mad. Someone eventually came out and swept up a few chips, leaving most of the mess. The last time I went for drive through, we got home and the drinks were all just carbonated water, clearly the lemonade flavour syrup hadn't been changed.This time the drive through staff were disorganised and unhelpful. We will never use this KFC again. Clearly staff need retraining.

Food was below average for KFC, chips loose in the bag, chicken super greasy and also had multiple pieces in the bucket barely bigger than a wing. Customer service was non existent. Worst I've ever experienced at any KFC.

Delivery drivers are priority and stood in lines across front of house making it awkward for regular customers wanting to get served! Waited 20 mins after ordering and another customer was handed my order ? Shocking service!

Ordered a bargin bucket for delivery, no fries, phoned to complain, no refund, no delivery later, and they hung up. How are they still In business with such terrible customer services.

The food is usually alright but I've had missing items with two orders and a few times it's arrived stone cold. They do have a habit of cancelling orders when it gets close to closing time though which I find very frustrating.

Expensive for small portions, soft drink was just ice. Tables and floor were filthy. KFC have some low standards but this was exceptionally poor.
If it was possible to score zero I would. This is the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The food wasn’t fresh and the size of the pieces was a joke. The fillets were not much wider than a pencil and I’m not sure if the the breast was from a chicken or a sparrow. I will never go here again.

Problem with ordering using the touchscreen but lady at counter was very helpful. Tables could do with a wipe between Customers, food was nice and hot though.

First time Uber delivery. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. It took 15 minutes to order pickup and deliver. The food was cold bun rock hard and the lettuce tiny little bits of brown and green. The chips a mixture of mainly potato skin and actual potato. I feel it wasn’t cooked fresh. It should have arrived hot and fresh because I’m only 5minutes from the shop. Uber I have no problem with they delivered excellently. I have just had a major operation and really wanted a vegan kfc because I have hardly eaten recently so I feel totally let down. I don’t think I will order as a delivery from kfc againVegetarian options: Very disappointed with the quality of the food I received. Cold and dried out. Definitely not cooked as fresh as it should have been

We were served here today got the wrong order when the lad came out with the food he had a name badge on that said Lincoln when we told him the drinks were wrong he was rude, bounced away in a pair of trainers and laughed. If he is the face of customer service I’d suggest you close the place. Rude ignorant little boy.

Just bedn in kfc I hyde and ordered a mega box had to take it back the chicken was not fit to eat the piece of chicken was broken at the bone the bone was black in colour one of the hot wings was missing and a little piece of chicken was put in its place never even open the gravy just put it in the bin before returning the meal staff just looked at it an said nothing told them to put it in the bin would never go back there again
