Waited 1 hour for the table service, ordered at 23:35 and was served rude and unprofessional at 12:30!!!! The shop being empty!!!! This is what the hunger did to us for an hour of waiting!!!!!

Waited in the queue for over 25 mins at breakfastThis is the slowest so called fast food I have ever visited its patheticBeen here since 10:25 and still 3 cars away from ordering at the so called drive thru at 10:54Now to be told NO PANCAKES !!!Well done I now have a 4 Yr old screaming " I want to pancakes " next to meFfs now at the window they have to fill the hot choc machine up !!Never again !!39 mins

Parking was a nightmare, but eventually found a space. Really busy restaurant. Service was quite slow, waited a while for the food which was nice when we got it.

Me my husband and Grandson visited Mottram Junction Mc Donald's tonight 25.11.23. We got a takeaway. The food was excellent but it was the customer service that I want to comment on. We arrived home approx 45 minutes later and I realised that my handbag had been left in the ladies at the McDonalds. My husband set off back to see if it was there, and I contacted them by phone. A really helpful member of staff called CHRIS, went to see if the bag had been handed in. He came back to the phone and I described my bag and he said it had been handed in. I thanked him and said that my husband was on his way to pick it up. He tried to give Chris a small token for finding the bag but was advised by Chris that he could not take anything. A big thank you to Chris and to say to McDonalds that they employ an honest and helpful member of staff that is a credit to them. If you have a staff of the week I would like to nominate CHRIS and thank him again

Good service at counter, friendly staff,only issue is parking being a blue badge holder I get fed up with people who park in disabled bays,needs sorting properly,otherwise okParking: Small car park,people non disabled parking in disabled bays,including car s that deliver food

This McDonald’s can be hit and miss. The breakfast menu is good, delivered quickly and always hot. The problem is usually with the daytime/nighttime menu as for the past few deliveries there has been missing items for on my order and since the changes that allow delivery drivers to do 2 separate deliveries at once the food arrives cold! The last time I monitored this on-line and it showed the delivery driver was waiting at the restaurant 20 minutes, presumably waiting for the other order he was delivering to be made, and when he left the restaurant he set off to make a delivery 2 miles from the restaurant in the opposite direction to my house. The food arrived 50 minutes after he was at the restaurant and consequently the food was stone cold. Looking at reviews on just-eat there are frequent other reviews complaining about missing orders from their order and food arriving cold. As a major food chain, McDonald’s need to address this issue.As a separate issue it astonishes me that if you order from the McDonald’s app the delivery charge is £3.99 yet the delivery fee from Just-Eat is £1.75. Bearing in mind Just-eat usually take just short of 20% commission off companies registered on Just-Eat, it does not make any economical sense that their own app charges over twice the delivery fee of Just-Eat as if the delivery fee was the same, McDonald’s would make more profit on the same food! It just shows you how NOT to run a business as it must be embarrassing that a third-party operator, that presumably charges commission on each order can deliver food cheaper than McDonald’s own app does!

Very disappointing visit tonight. Went through drive thru. Was sent to grillstop. The girl brought out orders for two cars and obviously mixed them up.. No straws, asked for large got medium.Ordered large coke zero, got a medium milkshake.. Come on guys this is not acceptable..

I stopped off last night for fries and chicken strips… tried some of the fries not long after leaving the drive through, they literally tasted like cardboard stopped eating them then ate half of the chicken strips which were ok. I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up …. Which confirms my suspicions that I WILL NEVER EAT MCD AGAIN ? if your planning to eat here do yourself a favour and get a burgerfry from glossop high street instead it won’t give you food poisoning

Will miss items off your order every time on purpose. Presumably so the staff can eat it. Will never go back after it happening 3 times in a row.
