Something has changed,Ive always used oasis but Had a kebab The weekend before last which was not up to the usual standard then ordered one in the week,2 hour wait and Rubbish kebab,time to look elsewhere.

Won't be ordering again, even though I normally have deliveries often.Fed up with drivers failing to read delivery instructions, cause most have a sat nav that sends them to the wrong house.Meaning they spent 15 minutes trying to find me, before phoning meaning my food arrives cold.

Ordered a mixed kebab and ended up with a mixed salad what a load of rubbish will avoid this place at all cost £9 for a salad wrap with less than 4 pieces of meat woeful

Took a hour and 20mins for delivery ordered at 11 10pm didn't arrive till 12 40 am. Food was only aired very disappointed. Not worth the money . Will not be delivering from there again

UPDATED REVIEW - I had previously given this place a 5* review and spend over £50 per month there but I now refuse to but anything else from Oasis and will spend my money elsewhere!I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years. In the last month, I have been 6 times to the restaurant but after today, I will never go again. I placed an order for delivery (4 orders delivered in the past month) and they had the nerve to phone me to tell me that I lived too far to deliver (even though it accepts it on their website) and it was up to me to phone their website operator to get a refund. Even when they realised who they were speaking to they refused the delivery. It just shows you that being a loyal customer for over 30 years means nothing to them and that is why I will NEVER order from Oasis again. Its such a shame as the owner Zak is a really nice guy but you do not treat loyal customers that way!

disgusting. food was cold. ordered a delivery for takeout and a jam roley with custard. instead they dropped off a small cheesecake (cost less as well) and I only noticed after I unpacked. I called them up and said they gave me the wrong order they said they didn't have the jam roley with custard so gave the cheesecake instead. I requested for a refund and got told to go all the way to their shop to pick it up because they're too busy to come and drop the refund.as the delivery driver only left 2 mins from the phone call. never ordering from there again!
