I’ve been buying fuel from shell for over 10 years and this branch is by far the worst one I’ve been to. The customer service is poor at best. There is a female staff member with no customer service skills at all.

The lady behind the counter has zero customer service skills, very rude and unhelpful and wants to make up extra rules of her own at this time as if there aren't enough rules in place for people.

Lady behind the counter started having ranting at me due to me walking the incorrect way for the que. Even though I was the only customer in there. She wouldn't even listen to me when I stated my fuel number. Really poor service... clearly needs to be retrained in simple customer service and general manners.

Good experience, cheapish prices. Not too dirty, the toilets are fairly clean and so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so good if you just want a quick snack or a drink. Very fast service. Maximum of 10 minutes wait time at its peak.
