Simply shocking. Absolute rip off for a oreo milkshake, you'd be lucky if it had more than 2 biscuits in it. Shop front doesn't give a good impression, more like working out of someone's living room. No menus up or leaflets on the counter. Initially I thought they had changed hands upon entry, greeted by pizza boxes. Gives zero impression this is a dessert place. Won't be going back even if it was for free! You only get 1 chance to make a first impression, bear that in mind owners.

Very bad service. Received the milkshake we ordered with no straw. After calling them and being told to leave it in the fridge until the straw arrives, is unacceptable as we had to wait almost an hour!!!

Very disappointed, we ordered from this place many times while I was pregnant and never had a problem, the odd few times no straws with the milkshakes. but last night we ordered milkshakes and desserts at 8pm and no word from the restaurant to say there was a delay no answer on the phone, at 930 I wanted to cancel the order to go to bed but Theresa's nowayto do this. the delivery turns up at 1010pm and the order was missing our milkshakes. The driver spoke to the owner and they said they'd refund us but we've heard nothing since and on justeat they've declined the refund. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN! When we did some digging they recently reloaded their just eat as we had the loyalty stamps and lost those, but this I'm assuming is because their rating/reviews dropped since August. :(

Got made to feel like an idiot for enquiring if anything was gluten free on the phone. The chef in the background laughed thinking I couldn’t hear and answered water. Made me feel like rubbish. I get anxiety enough trying to talk to restaurants about my new diagnosis and enquire about my allergy and I called trying to get over that fear. On your website it says you help with allergies and to call up, maybe your staff didn’t get the memo. So Thankyou for that unnecessary behaviour and I wish you well with your business.

Sat waiting on a deliver 2 hrs after making the order, and a full hour after I was told it'd be here in 15 minutes. They're now not answering the phone. Never used before, won't again. Absolute pisstake.
Ordered the fudge cake as a treat. Was delicious cake but unfortunately the cake tasted a little metallic like the foil tray it came in (despite transferring into a dish) so was a little disappointed. I would stick to dining in.

I ordered a 2 waffles from this place the first one came perfect the second one came wrong I rang the company who was then rude to me when I was explaining the issue for them to put the phone down on me. I told them I was allergic to one of the topping they had put on the wrong waffle for them to then begin to question my allergy! I rang them back to resolve my issue and the guy who answered was rude and said he couldn’t solve my issue as it was apparently my fault. Do not order from here!

Absolutely perfect! I ordered the waffles and shakes definitely recommend it. Probably the best dessert I’ve ever had in Manchester. I would highly recommend this place.
