Friendly staff, relaxed ambiance. Food was delicious. Thought it was slightly overpriced but the overall experience made up for that. I will certainly go again.

Food is really very good. My daughter and I had Bruschetta with goats cheese. It's the best we've had and lovely presented. Warm and friendly staff, very attentive. Looking forward to the warmer weather when we can sit outside.

This is the second time I visited at 9am with the same friend who lives down the road. The first time was last month and I ordered a sausage butty and asked them if they had HP brown sauce as I just can’t eat any other and have only eaten that for 40 years. They brought it and left it on the table as we were chatting. The sausage itself was lovely but the ‘HP sauce’ bottle had clearly been filled up with very cheap sauce in it, So I told them straight away that it wasn’t HP and that they had filled it up with very cheap sauce, the reply was ‘Ok I’ll see if we have some in the kitchen’ no one batted an eyelid, corrected me that they don’t fill up sauces, nor offered to take the sandwich away to replace, nor did they come back. I then noticed a table with around 10 bottles of HP on so I helped myself to one. All I can assume is that EVERY ONE had been re- filled with a very cheap bulk buy brown sauce as that tasted as disgusting. When I paid I mention it again and was told that they will ensure they will get HP sauce in next time. So I visited again on Thursday with the same friend, same time and a month apart and ordered a different dish but asked about the originality of the HP sauce as I noticed this time there were lots of bottles of it obviously left out for customers to take - non full I also noticed: “Yes it’s genuine HP sauce” I was told! It very much wasn’t and I told them again that I had been last month and complained about that exact issue and this time the lady apologised and said she would tell the owner. The place itself is nice the food is nice but my point is, if you are being sneaky about a premium sauce, that you clearly pretend is in all the 10 or so bottles left for customers to take then what’s happening with the stuff we can’t see?? I won’t go back unfortunately.

2 unrecognisable bacon slices looked like they had been kept warm for so long, they were brown pieces of leather; the fat had melted and blended with the meat. The one sausage was cut in half lengthways to take more room on the plate and the fried eggs were so greasy I had to dab the oil. Not with the £11! Staff friendly.

I am very local to the Krave living on Hollingworth Lake. So my visits are rare. However on the few occassions I have used the Cafe for a meeting with colleagues the visit has been pleasent. The Krave is well laid out and is very clean. Staff are excellent and delightful. Food is wide ranging for a cafe of this size and in my experience tasty and well prepared. Does the place have a down side - Of course it does! When busy food can take a little more time to get to the table. There is also a possiblity some menu items are not available, and price this place is not the cheapest. Overall the Krave is a good place to have a break either for Bruch or just a Coffee. If you are walking around or just visiting Hollingworth Lake give it a try you can do much worse.

Coffee break with walk, would not call this brew a large? £3.70 for this? More like a small with extra milk, let down considering all the cafés in this area...iust tried again 13.09.23 and they are now charging £3.60 ,for a regular which comes in a shot mug, go across the road, better value..

Visited for a Sunday breakfast. It was great quality and reasonably priced. Great location opposite Hollingworth Lake, with paid parking opposite the bar. The staff were great, nothing was a problem. Would definatley recommend and visit again! ?

This place is lovely. Beautifully decorated and fab menu. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My husband is coeliac and they had the option of gluten free bread so he could eat alot on the menu too. Prices are reasonable including a cheap kids menu.We will definitely be coming again.
