First cappuccinos were cold, returned was asked if I’d like them hot !!!! Then had to wait whilst barista made 3 other orders. Next set of drinks lukewarm, had to drink quick to avoid cold coffee. Awful service awful product

Went for the first time today. Coffee and food were delicious and the staff were very helpful. It has a lovely atmosphere and plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. Would definitely recommend a visit.

A chain that used to have the feel of a welcoming coffee house now feels like a joyless Starbucks. Touch screen ordering and bored staff.

Poor bland coffee, dirty dirty bathrooms and tables. Staff ignorant and we’re not interested at all. Just beyond basic! All fluff no substance at all.

Shambolic service, the staff just don’t know what they’re doing. Flopping about with zero rush and zero communication. Someone needs to spend an afternoon training them. It’s also slightly over priced. It’s all about the image with zero substance.

Overly complex ordering system on touchscreens. Glacially slow pace from the staff. Somewhere to avoid.

Was in desperate need of coffee and decided to try somewhere new. Black sheep coffee has a few locations in the city which I somehow neglected to try! This little coffee shop is in a perfect location, there are tables available outside while inside there is a nice mix of comfy chairs, sofas and high stools. It has a homely relaxed atmosphere. You order via the touch screens, ordering is pretty easy and staff are on hand if you have any questions. I couldn’t figure out how to add syrup but a friendly server helped me out!My coffee was ready pretty quickly and tasted great. Their coffee has a deep, full flavour that I really enjoyed.I didn’t try the food this time round but I’ll defo be going back to sample, the cookies and cakes they had on display looked great.

The staff was very friendly, it's a cozy place to sit down, wall painting are very cool, you can even charge your phone. I had a waffle with bananas and nutella, it was so good, i really enjoyed it, the latte coffee was also very nice, would surely come back if i am around again!

Good coffee shop, the Norwegian waffles and the coffee are just lush.

The drinks were alright however they got 2 out of 4 orders wrong even though you order through a screen. the bubbles in the bubbles tea were impossible to get out with the straw.

Looks like a trendy coffee shop, here ordering system reminds me of McDonalds. All done on screens, no menus up anywhere. My friend bought a donut because the cakes were costly, it was the hole from the middle. We had the high seating because we couldn’t all fit anywhere else, it was so uncomfortable I had to stand. Not impressed, wouldn’t return

Nice little café in Llanberis. I enjoyed my little breakfast and coffee and it was service with a smile. I felt quite at home.

Conveniently in the centre it’s a pleasant stop-off. Arriving not long after opening, it was already busy. Nevertheless still got a table without delay. Tasty fare is on offer and we savoured the chosen goodies. With fruit juice plus coffee and cappuccino.

It was my bithday and I had previously had an Espresso Martini at a Black Sheep and it was very good, we bought Mojitos as it was hot and they where the worst Ive ever had, tasted mostly of soda , I did send them an email to say I think their staff need training but I had no response.
