A Slice of Italy in Manchester: Caffè Nero Delights!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caffè Nero in Manchester, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.Firstly, let's talk ambiance. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that Caffè Nero is known for. The cozy seating arrangements and soft lighting created the perfect environment for catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet moment alone, or even getting some work done. Now, onto the most important aspect: the coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I can confidently say that Caffè Nero serves up some of the finest brews in town. Whether you're a fan of a classic espresso or prefer something a bit more indulgent like a caramel latte, their extensive menu has something for everyone. And let's not forget about the freshly baked pastries and sandwiches available to complement your beverage of choice – they're simply divine! What truly sets Caffè Nero apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff members are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. They're always willing to offer recommendations or customize your order to suit your preferences, ensuring that every visit is a personalized experience. In addition to the exceptional coffee and service, I also appreciate Caffè Nero's commitment to sustainability. From their ethically sourced beans to their eco-friendly packaging, it's clear that they care about more than just profits – they're dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet as well.Overall, my time at Caffè Nero in Manchester was nothing short of fantastic. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely staff, particularly the tall brown haired man who served me (who I assume is the manager from the level of customer service he provided)- did not get his name but hopefully this is enough for you to identify him and pass on my praise! He made my day with his kind words!

I just had the most unpleasant encounter with a staff member – short red hair if you go in there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but received a toasted sandwich with minimal chicken and mostly creamy sauce, nowhere near worth the £5.50 price. The unsmiling waitress was rude and aggressive when informed about the sandwich. I was forced to insist on an exchange and then a refund due to the lack of alternative sandwich options. On the way out of the café, I received a needlessly unpleasant rom the worker in question. People don’t visit Caffe Nero for overpriced, awful food, but that’s what they seem to get, along with a side helping of rudeness and aggression from their angry workers. The company should consider providing additional customer service training, especially given the prices charged. Overall, this experience fell severely short of expected standards; the place was also filthy.

I have been going there for the past 4 months and I could honestly give the most honest review of the place.Food wise I have to say a little expensive for a student but your mostly paying for the environment. I always suggest that if your staying there for a bit buy a coffee or something small. Coffe is always a safe option and desserts are great! The service is terrible tho, no smiles, not welcoming, they have a bit of an attitude, they do wtv is easiest for them for example when I order my coffee I always get it either half full or in a small cup. I asked once to have a spray bottle so I could clean a table full of sticky coffe to start my study session. They shrug me off and proceeded to say there’s tissue at the sugar stand that I could use ( there was no tissues). Washrooms should also get a little bit cleaner especially the floor.I go there all the time for my studies, it is the best study atmosphere ever 10/10. There’s a suite up the stairs full of plugs, individual seating and small half walls that separate each diner. The music is soothing and work friendly

Ordered coffee online, bottle never full filled.

The door handle was hanging off when we entered. Some of the tables had dirty crockery on them and when the barista removed them she didn’t even wipe the tables down even though there were crumbs on them. I was served by a male barista who was wearing a filthy tea shirt and trousers, he looked like a tramp. The whole place looked dirty and needed a good clean. The whole place needed refurbishing . I will not be going there again.

I came with 4 friends on Thurs 16th November around 10am. The initial customer service was poor and staff were rude. My friends drink was poor quality and half full, and when we went to ask for this problem fixed, the staff were rude. The assistant manager for this shift then came up to us and asked us to leave and was appalling rude to all 5 of us. I’ve never seen customer service as poor in my life. Awful.

I ordered amaretto latte which should goes with mini almond biscuits, they gave me a cup of ice latte and said they are running out of biscuits. Why did they still sell it and charge the customer higher price which they were not able to offer?!
